The entire park smells like sewer. They have 6" sewer vents all over the park. We stayed here for 10 days and prayed for a breeze to rid the smell. The lots are extremely pitched and out of level. Took multiple blocks to level the front of the coach. The 1st day we stayed I told the front desk I was going to have a package sent NEXT DAY AIRED to them in my name. She said not a problem. Turned out they denied signing of the package and then lied and told me it never showed. The 2nd day we had 28,000 ants in the coach. The 3rd day we spent trying to find the best way to kill ants. On the 3rd night we discovered we had a rat or rats in the coach with large rat POOP throughout the entire coach. The neighbors told us the park had an ant and rat problem. Then I noticed that everyone

We stayed a couple days with a RV Club and had a good time. The park was clean and well taken care of. Most sites are pretty level, and scenery from the park was nice. The free wi-fi was sufficient for most needs but can be upgraded for a price if needed. Office staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only complaint is that the sites are very close together. I had a time getting my 42 foot coach in and out and had to park my tow vehicle near the office and not at my site (although some sites do have enough room for the tow). There are a couple areas for the dogs, but they are not fenced in. Overall, it was a nice park and I would stay there again.

Moderate pricing $55-$75, not a lot of site separation, takes Good Sam and AAA discount. Well maintained park and nice pool and facilities. Most sites are satellite friendly. A bit out of the way at 17 miles to downtown San Diego.

We had a well-located site in the back of the RV park, where it was very quiet. We did have some issues: the site was not clean and had a lot of man-made as well as natural debris that we cleaned up; and, although it has two hose bibs, one leaked badly (around the stem) when opened and the other had half of the faucet handle broken off. Fortunately, these were both repaired quickly after we brought them to their attention. And, the sewer had no cap -just a rock. We found that the previous tenant was a long-term stay who had just left. As others have said, this is an older park that has many long-term "residents", although we saw no one (or any vehicle) in many of the sites during the 5 days we were there. A lot of the other sites had multiple vehicles, none of which could

We thought this was a very nice, well manicured resort. Not a huge Resort about a hundred sites. At least half are residents. Nice landscaping and green grass.. sites a little narrow, but not bad. We have a class A 37 ft with tow vehicle and it was fine in one of the longer sites. Nice pool and hot tub area.. Laundry room spacious and clean. Nice Recreation room with pool table and a flat screen TV. Pet friendly. Lots of areas to walk your pups.. free Wi-Fi is a joke. But they do have a pay for Wi-Fi that supposedly works better. This Resort is a little further out, but we felt it was worth the extra Drive. A little on the spendy side, but if uou belong to Passport America you can get 3 days half price..

Thank your taking the time to review our property. It is appreciated.
