We stayed here on our drive from Washington to California to break up the long trip. We arrived at the inn at 3am in the morning to check in and were greeted by the owner, Nawin, with a smile and friendly face, even at the early hour! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the inn is... More

This small family owned motel was very comfortable and clean. The owners checked us in and were very nice. The room appeared to be freshly painted. Everything seemed updated. We were very pleased. The price was right too. We decided to eat breakfast in the small downtown and enjoyed that as well. This town feels like a nice place to get... More

If you are looking for a simple, inexpensive, very clean establishment operated by friendly and considerate owners, this is the place for you. Mind you, it was just a sleepover stop on a long drive, but plain and perfect for the purpose. Receives this rating due to price, functionality, and cleanliness. Owner remembered me from two years before! Will stay... More

This is fairly listed as a two star motel. Given that, our experience was that it is a five star example of a basic place to stay. Our second floor room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Given that It's right on the main street of town, it was remarkably quiet. My wife and I both slept well. One has to... More

Hotel rooms are basic, next to the road, noisy in the morning. Internet hardly moves. No amenity within walking distance. Price is reasonable. If all you need is place to sleep, this is alright. If you expects more, then you may be disappointed.

We opted to stay at the Dunsmuir Inn and Suites for the final stay of our vacation. We were greeted by a very nice couple from India who own the hotel. We were given an upper level room which was actually very quiet. It is an older hotel, but all the amenities were what we had hoped for. Considering how... More

We got caught in a snowstorm and stayed here overnight, making a reservation just 20 minutes before we arrived. The manager was pleasant accommodating and the room met our needs perfectly. Continental breakfast was limited in variety but good quality.

Stayed here one night on our way home to Orange County, CA from our road trip to Forks, WA. The owners were both very friendly and the place is quiet. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in town!

My sister and I booked a room at another area hotel, where Expedia made a complete disaster of the reservation. We were in town for an annual Brew Fest and were told we might be able to get a room at one other hotel. We ended up at Dunsmuir Inn & Suites, where the owners treated us so well and... More

Let's be concise: Our room was small. The walls probably had no or little insulation. Road noise front and back(the photo doesn't show it, but there is a major street behind the motel, too). Dunsmuir Ave. in the front is THE major street in Dunsmuir. and has an amazing amount of traffic throughout the night. Bed was hard. Turned on... More
