Great campground particularly if you stay in one of the more wooded, larger river side spaces. Running water, clean and beautiful. Strict rules, but far from unreasonable makes this a great place with family. Some service a bit gruff but harmless....react with a smile and move on.

When you read the reviews make sure you are checking for the month of the year you will be going. What is great in April might be bad in August when it is crowded and dusty. We stayed with a group in the full hookup sites and might as well have been in a parking lot-everything was so close together... More

Have been going to Casini's Family Campground (they changed their name after their folks passed) for many years. Was really surprised how much the place has changed since our last visit about 18 months ago. They have added more camping spaces, improved the dog parks and the play ground equipment. The problems we saw were the place was overcrowded on... More

I am shocked at reading the negative reviews about the Casini Ranch on this site. We have been gong for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to address any concerns. We missed out on going with my Grandfather who always recommended it because we more more into remote camping at... This must rank as the most anal campground I have ever stayed at. After booking one night in advance with the option to stay 3 nights we rocked up to the checkin hut (which looks like a guards post at a concentration camp), We asked if we could see the site before deciding to take the 3 days or only... Our GPS took us on a wild goose chase, but once we found it, we were happy we did. (Best to stay on Highway 116 then turn at Duncans Mills - especially when towing!) This place is huge, and right on the river. A great place for families with kids. The sites are quite spacious. Our family met there and... More

Love this Campground. It has all types of campsites; from open group areas with full hook-ups to cozy private sites with views and access to the Russian River. Everything is clean, the grounds are well managed, and the property feels very secure. Workers patrol the property, (in golf carts) keeping everything ship shape and the rest of the staff is... We stayed here just one night and wish we had stayed longer. We stayed here in March and decided to set up our giant tent, choosing a campsite with power and water so paying a little more but it was worth it............ view of the river which is gorgeous, beautiful large trees, and very quiet. They have a cute little... More

This is a great campsite. It's huge and spread out . Lots of shaded areas..and plenty of sunny sites... lots of private sites, some sites are right on the river...many sites with full hook ups but they will let you park and rv anywhere you can fit it. They have huge group sites... with room for 10+ tents and vehicles..... More

We were here in the off season and were treated to a great site and wonderful customer service from Maria!! She's awesome and even went out of her way to ask for a particular site that was available. We had a great site with plenty of room and no neighbors. We will definitely be back! Be sure and join Passport... More
