Our family stayed there one night, The room was dirty, no bath towels, no coffee maker,This place is known for dealing drugs and for prostitutes. The night that we stayed while waiting in the parking lot to get in our car the police showed up and arrested two guys right in front of us. That is not a good experience.... More

Booked a stay here and regretted it from the moment I checked in. First off, parking is a nightmare. You have to traverse a tiny, unlit alley and pray there is a space to park. The room however was a complete disaster. There was spray paint on the head board of the bed, the coat rack was two boards nailed... More

If you have possibility not to stay there - please DO IT! Reception: there was a couple, women did not talk at all, the guy talked a lot of but nothing about the room, hotel and etc. Breakfast: we advised that we ordered the room with breakfast, but the guy just said that they do not serve breakfast and advised... While visiting the Best Western in Norwalk down the street, my friend needed a room for the night but everything was sold out so I had to book this near by motel for him. The place is disgusting and the middle eastern woman gave dirty looks to my friend during checkin. The room was hot and smelled moldy. It looked... More

I stayed roughly six hours at this hotel and I was appalled at what I witnessed . Prostitutes were working the room next door to me. Drug use was rampant and when approaching management regarding this it was simply overlooked. Also possible bedbugs

Maybe there's been a change of management since these previous reviews but there were several problems with our stay: 1: There were bed bugs! When we approached management and asked to change rooms they allowed us to without issue but didn't seem surprised... Possibly a recurring problem? 2: we asked for non smoking but were put in a room that... More

We stayed in the room across from the office and on Firestone (although there are no windows facing the street). The hotel was quiet. The front desk worker was very pleasant. There were computer problems but he let us check in until the problems were worked out. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The linens looked like they had... More

We have stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The check-in lady was really helpful as it was our first time in LA, and give us very useful information. Outside there a lot of works in progress, and they are changing the name to Econolodge. But inside it's beautiful, rooms were brand new, and looks like we were their first customers.... More
