I bring my friends here when they come to visit me. Always a consistent experience, the meal was amazing, we love their restaurant. And Aricely Gonzalez was a most excellent server. We would go back again just because of her. Have a great time there!
We stayed here in April for 5 days. Pros: The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, including the maid service. The mineral bath tubs are nice and get maintained and clean. They have multiple, but some can only be used by 2 people at a time or close friends. Cons: Extremely noisy because guests are partying 24/7 in part because Hot tubs never close and they have an onsite bar. Our room walls were paper thin and facing the parking lot and we still heard snoring one night and other nights of late night partiers (2am!). If you want rest, go somewhere else. The rooms need updating: The shower tile is aged/cracked and the toilet clogged up twice because it doesn't work properly. The rugs are dirty. Just trying to give an honest review so folks are not suprised like we were.…
Perfect place to meet up with friends. Excellent food and service in the restaurant most of the time. The massages are always top notch! The views are magnificent. The gardens, lovely. The rooms and pools seem to be needing a little maintenance lately. I hope the owner starts to put some money into it before it starts going down hill like it has next door.
We came in spontaneously on our way to Landers, to enjoy the pools for a few hours. The price is great for a day pass, compared to other spas in the area and the receptionists were really kind and inviting. It made us feel we came to yhe right place! The complex of pools doesn't feel crowded and the grounds seem well tended and the water is clean with varoius pools with different temperatures. We loved it! Unfortunately we didn't have time for massages or the sauna. They have a small gift shop to buy hats, sunscreen and even bathing suits. Towels can be bought for 10$ as well...which seems like a fair price. So yes! I def recommend the place!
I had a wonderful time. Great food, service and company from other guests! I extended my stay 3 times I enjoyed it so much!. I would go back for sure. I came here because I wanted to thaw out from an Alaskan trip lol. I got more than I bargained for. It was great! I love that the pools are open 24 hrs!!
Good God do not stay at the hotel or Villa! Check in is def not at 4!! Forget about asking for extra towels, staff is not very friendly. They villa was so dirty I didn’t want to touch anything, and for $1600 that mother better be 👌🏼. Piss in the base of the toilet, on the front, patch holes everywhere, throw some paint over it after it’s fixed! Cockroaches in the microwave. They also don’t know how to put a lock on the door 🤣 if a no star was available I would hit that!
Our group of 4 came for massages and day use of the spa. We really enjoyed the various pools, had an affordable and generally pleasing lunch on site, and loved the massages. Kudos to Rosalinda and Nick.
Had a day pass here to spend the day chilling out before flight home the next day. Pool area quiet and clean but changing rooms very poor state of repair. This place is past its heyday, looks understaffed and is in desperate need of renovation. We ate on site after pool time but again, faded decor, overwhelmed staff and a place that’s slowly heading for closure. A real pity
We visited on a day pass to enjoy the advertised eight Hot Springs pools. Changing room but no lockers with locks available. We were disappointed in the variety of hot springs. They did have 8 pools but the temperatures didn't vary too much. It was a cool day we visited so we wanted the warmer pools which were crowded by the same people the duration of our visit.
In it’s heyday this was probably a great place. Not so now. It is run down, smells funny, is aging and apparently no steps are being taken to upgrade it. After a day or two we figured out the main attraction now is pot which you can have delivered to your room. Basically it is a party place for marijuana users. Great if that is you thing and we are not judging anyone but it made two senior citizens uncomfortable to be around. If you are looking for a “Resort and Spa” in the traditional sense you should look elsewhere.
