We recently spent 3 days and two nights exploring the joshua tree national park and this is absolutely the place to stay. Firstly it's too cold to stay in the hi-desert and this is perfectly located in the low desert 15 mins out of Palm Springs, accessing a great choice of restaurants and 45 mins from Joshua Tree itself. The...

As I sit here under the deep night sky at Sagewater Spa, the scents and sounds of the desert at night surround me. This is a creative place. I have been coming here off and on for 10 years to take in these sensory experiences, to get back to my self, and it never disappoints. Each time I come as...

If you want peace and relaxation--GO TO SAGEWATER SPA!!! We have been visiting Sagewater for the past five years now and we can't think of a more relaxing place to spend a LONG weekend. Coming from Seattle where it is cool and cloudy a lot of the time, we often come down to feel the warmth of the sun and...

It is true! It is all true. We loved every single moment at Sagewater Spa. From Sage the dog to the very special coffee cake to the lovely owners. How lucky we were to spend 3 nights in this little piece of heaven.

We needed to get away from the stress of LA and found ourselves in a bucolic setting with no pressure whatsoever. We arrived on Friday and, having purchased food and drink, did not leave the grounds for the entire weekend. We cooked and relaxed, had treatments, and met some delightful guests. It was an excellent experience!

For years, I've gone there to finish projects: I just went there for the first time with a friend,...

Perfection. Heaven. Clean, modern, only 8 rooms. Each room has a stocked kitchen and by the pools is a grill. Bring groceries and don't leave. It's heaven. I had never felt more cosmopolitan in the weirdness of Desert Hot Springs. Get a fusion massage from Art. Trust me.

Sagewater Spa is a quaint and paceful place, perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The town itself is not interesting (if you want a good meal, goto Palm Springs), but we spent most of the day at the pool, and that is all we needed to relax and feel refreshed. Love the desert!

As life in Los Angeles can be stressful and chaotic we often need an area of repose. Sagewater is a beacon of tranquility. I sleep better there than anywhere else and the water is magical. My husband and I try to make it out there as often as we can. As an Interior Designer I appreciate the decor - you...
