We very much love staying at hot springs resorts where you can soak in natural mineral water. We've previously come by The Spring for their spa (Michelle, a therapist with them, is truly gifted) and this time we booked two rooms with a kitchen between them for a week to decompress. The facility is not particularly luxurious and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired, but the attention to your health and relaxation make this a five star choice. Ownership (Arley) and Management (Mike) were incredibly responsive and attentive when asked. They are focused on healthy foods and juices as well as the maintenance of three great pools. One is a large freshwater pool in the center of the property, next is a smaller very warm mineral water pool, and finally a hot tub with jets. Palm Desert is about 30 minutes away and Palm Springs about 20 minutes so there's plenty of places to go visit. On this trip we spent three days in the spa with Michelle who was truly awesome. All in all, if you're looking to recalibrate and get healthy this is a great place to do it.

On a very short visit to Palm Springs, my sister and I decided that soaking in the mineral springs was a must-do activity. A quick search revealed that The Spring Resort & Spa was one of the top-rated spas in the area and while perusing their website, we found that they were offering a sound bath (a special event that is offered only twice a month and includes two hours of spa use). Intrigued, we quickly reserved our spots. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The restrooms and changing area were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We tried each of the three mineral pools, ending up in the one where the sound bath took place. Oddly, there was a couple playing cards at the table outside of their room and each time they shuffled the deck it created a break in the tranquility of the experience while using the first two pools. I did not report this to management but it would seem to be common sense that people are there to relax and/or meditate and would be distracted by such an out-of-place sound. In spite of that, we both felt extremely relaxed and rejuvenated after the sound bath was over. The singing bowls and the other sounds were beautiful and resulted in a very unique experience.

My heart was stolen as soon as stepped through the door. I got a wonderful welcome with genuine smiles; the staff and the owners are truly amazing. I stayed in room #1 with a kitchenette and a soaking tub under the stars on the attached private patio. I enjoyed the covered hot spa with candle lights in the evening, it was a perfectly set healing time for calming my busy mind and healing my body in the weekend. The heated pool is amazing and the robe and towels are super soft. You will hear the sound of the desert in the evening. Even though it gets a bit chilly in November I had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms are all updated and the beds are super comfortable. The big pitcher of fresh water with lemon was lovely to have next to my bed. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and you must try the rye bread! This is a definite spot to stay and unwind. I highly recommend this place.

Two bunch palms has been our oasis for over 30 years util about 5 ago when everything changed there. We decided to look elsewhere and found Spring Resort on yelp. I can echo the reviews of others. We will be back! This place is a quiet reprieve from the world. The noise level is whispers and most folks respect it. Some don't but the management can remind them of the rules if you do not feel comfy doing it yourself, We stayed in room 3 which has a cute kitchen with a stove (w/ cooktop) and a fridge. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attending to every detail, including cleaning, touring the property and generally acting they were all owners instead of employees. The food around town was terrible (Mexican place and Thai). Next time, we will bring out own dinners and heat them or go to supermarket and buy dinner since there is no restaurant on site and we did not want to drive to PS. We vegged out the whole time and the mineral springs were wonderful At night, I almost fell asleep in one of them. A wonderful few days away and cannot wait to come back.

We had an extra day in Palm Springs and my wife found this little GEM that offered a Day Pass. Off we go. Cute little place that was a little questionable when we drove up but a Garden of Eden once we got there. The Day Pass was $50.00 but it was credited back when we signed up for a Massage. Just an overall great experience. The Massage was top notch and the facilities themselves are really nice. We'll certainly be back when we're in the area.
