Do not stay here. The Hotel needs to be bulldozed and set on fire. We planned to spend 3 nights here but: 3 nights is 3 to many. Stay elsewhere. Old, run down, a hotel from ****. Dirty, old, and falling apart, beds are bad, bedding is bad.

We stopped at the Desert Hot Springs Spa Hotel after hiking all day in Joshua Tree National Park in January and it was great to soak in the hot pools after a cool/cold day of hiking - there was also a band playing outside while we soaked! We were on our way to a wedding in Laguna Beach, so it...

I love this spa. I have been coming here for years. Yes it is old and could use some spritzing up but seriously the employees are the best. So kind and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is to die for. I will always come back.

There were cockroaches in room 210, my room. I stayed for 5 minutes and I left the hotel. I requested a refund but was not obliged. I will never book here again. The facilities were old and outdated, it was a huge mistake.

Old timey rooms but they were huge and clean. Great pools and great bloody Mary's in the hotel bar / restaurant. Can't wait to go back! Maybe if there were free robes it would be slightly better but still good.

2 bedroom suite was perfect for the family. Best part was that dogs are welcome and not charged for. Not the fanciest place, but comfortable and the staff is friendly. A great place to BYOB and soak in the pools after a day of hiking in Joshua Tree or Palm springs. Make sure to check out Whitewater canyon for a...

I went there with my two kids and I found a really clean place and beautiful experience. The mineral bath were well maintained, the sauna always ready and the overall experience was excellent. The restaurant is ok, nothing fancy, prices are ok too. I will return in the future for more, is a really cool place.

Room rates are in the low hundreds, the rooms are straight out of the 50s. The property is not well maintained, rooms are sort of clean. Food in the restaurant is edible, think Dennys. The spas are fantastic. Stay in a nice hotel in the area and visit the spa.

We checked in, noticed how inadequate the place is, went out to dinner, came back and checked out. We did not stay. Everything in the room was old, broken, ill-maintained. A lightbulb was dangling from a lamp. The bed had two giant sags. Tape was holding a lightswitch together. Toilet had giant scratches on it. There is a security door...

not relaxing or spa like in the slightest. The only good thing I can say is the attached vintage restaurant is cute, the waitresses are nice, food good. Otherwise its in need of a serious overhaul! Like with a wrecking ball.
