Our group had 5 rooms, not together. The rooms with king beds seem to be a little more updated. In one of the rooms the bath water did not work so no shower. We arrived a little early and were told our room was ready but the room we were in had NO towels; had to ask twice...second time going... More

I found the restaurant to have very good food and reasonable prices. The room was clean. Management quickly responded to an issue with the television. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The spa facilities were excellent.

Purchased a day pass for the hot springs to let my broken foot soak up some salt and sand. Enjoyed several hours relaxing around the one of four or five different temperature spring water pools. Although it was 101 degrees outside it felt really nice in the coolest pool. Would highly recommend the spring for some relaxation and healing time.

I love coming ever since I was a little kid, and now that I bring my kids here. The rooms seriously look the same as 15 years ago except for the TV and new sheets. When we (family of 5) got there there were only 4 pillows and ONE bath towel. No problem. I went to the fromt desk and... More

Rooms desperately need upgrades and repairs. Pools are nice and good to have access all the time but also not good as everyone is in them all the time and noisy all night. Outlets in the room were loose, tub would not drain right. AC by door was blocked by an interior wall from getting to the beds. Access to... More

It was suppose to be The Miracle Hot Springs Resort and Spa next door that we always go to. Well they changed it at the desk thankfully- but we did not get a room until 4 pm. They had a pool DJ that played "loud non stop from noon and 11 pm Techno Music” - house music that was horrible... More

This place... I recommend, do not come. If you are so desparate for the water, then yes come. I would rate the water five out of five. But the hotel.... It was filthy on it's self. The carpet is stained, and you don't even want to walk barefoot on it! And it's public! Like a public pool! People pay $8... More

This is our second time to stay at the hotel and was disappointed in the staff. Did not get the room we asked for. Disappointed that the pools were not working properly. Also pools were the same temperature and he jets were not working at all. Thinking about staying some place else

The grounds and all passageways were loaded with trash, were dirty, and not maintained. The beds were visibly wavy to the naked eye. The noise from the pool went into the very late evening/early morning. Felt like a bad neighborhood in Tijuana.
