We booked this place by phone, communication was very easy with owner Mihalis. Room has shower with hot water, air conditioning, small fridge with freezer, cooking facilities, cutlery. The best thing is that is sooo peaceful, you wake up in the morning with tens of birds singing, no noise, no cars, nothing. All rooms look to the west, this means they dont get very warm from early. Rooms in the last building ( 105, 106) overlook a beautiful garden full of olive trees, fruit trees and more...A paradise!! Another plus is that it is located about 1 km from Livadi's center, where you have few restaurants, gaz station, pharmacy, two supermarkets , rent-a-car agency. Easy access to Kalamos and to all southern beaches. We def recommend

In August 2021 we visited Kythira, me and my family, and stayed a week in the specific apartments which are located in a quiet area too convenient for our daily excursions on the island. Τhe hosts were friendly and always willing to give us useful information about entertainment and attractions. In general, Kythira is an island with distances, quite good beaches and very good and cheap food. The road network, however, is problematic and in some areas special attention is needed.

Κατάλυμα με όλες τις ανέσεις, εξαιρετικη φιλοξενία από τους ιδιοκτήτες, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Οικονομικη διαμονή για οικογένεια, κοντά σε όλα και με εξαιρετική θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Μπράβο τους....keep going ....!!!!!

Ειμασταν πολυ επιφυλακτικοί με την επιλογή μας καθώς μας φαινόταν αρκετά οικονομικό. Όμως μας εξέπληξε ευχαριστα. Ευρυχωρο δωμάτιο, με μπαλκόνι και κουζινακι το οποίο ειχε τοστιέρα καφετιέρα, κουζινικά είδη καθώς και λάδι. Στο ψυγείο μας είχαν και νερο. Μπορεί να φαίνονται απλά όμως για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε δεν είναι. Επίσης οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν παρα πολυ ευγενικοί. Μας έτυχε απαγορευτικό και μας πηραν τηλέφωνο να μας ενημερώσουν πριν καν μας παρει η ακτοπλοϊκή εταιρία. Μας φέρθηκαν σαν οικογένεια. Σας ευχαριστουμε πολυ

The location of the hotel is just perfect, but the rooms were not clean at all. There were dead mosquitos on the walls that were not even cleaned before we entered the room. The shower curtain looked wet and disgusting when we entered the room. There is a kitchen though but no pans or pots to cook. Our room also didn't have any clothes hanger on the balcony so we had to share with our neighbours. Plenty of parking space.

Nice place to stay, great location and quick access to main beaches. WiFi just doesn't work and there is lack of signal. Rooms with kitchen but you can't do much due to lack of tools. It's OK for making your coffee tho. Cleaning is not that great and towel or bin garbage change was not done during our 3 nights stay. Price was one of the best for the locations we were looking at.

Μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι με την διαμονή μας στο theofilos apartment εξυπηρετηκοτατοι όλοι ,τα δωμάτια καθαρά ,με όλα αυτά που χρειάζονται ,το μόνο μελανό σημείο ... ο εξαερισμός της τουαλέτας (ανύπαρκτος) , γι'αυτό και δεν βάζω 5 αστέρια!!!

Η διαμονη μας στο καταλυμα ηταν εξαιρετικη, η διαθεση και εξυπηρετηση των ιδιοκτητων αριστη, η τοποθεσια ''κοντα σε ολα'', οι τιμες ιδανικες, με το μονο μειον αφορα στο κοινο μπαλκονι με το διπλανο δωματιο (οπου ομως παντα ηταν διακριτικοιτατοι). Θα το επιλεξουμε οταν ξαναγυρισουμε στα Κυθηρα!
