The coffee is always good and getting a cup to walk down to the beach with is such a wonderful way to begin Sunday... It’s right inside the front door of the hotel and worth the trip...

Although the property and location are excellent, this hotel had multiple service issues... This lasted multiple hours and was not immediately resolved... The service at both the pool and bar was very poor... On multiple days we had to waive down a server after sitting for over 30 minutes... In the end the hotel actually charged us incorrectly for our stay and it took a lot of work on my part to get corrected even though the mistake was abvious...

From the moment we drove in we experienced exceptional service. Dennis our valet guy greeted us and was welcoming and set the tone of what was to be expected... We walked over to the check in desk and Laura greeted us and went above and beyond... I’ve never understood why other hotels never get this part right... She had a smile on her face and made our whole family welcomed... Miriam was the same the next day, great job to whoever the manager of this group is... Taylor at concierge recommended great breakfast and dinner spots, activities and was so sweet to our kids... One of the perks of L’auberge is having “beach service”... Doug set us up with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids... Hour later he came and checked in on us and gave us cold waters... Overall great experience and thank you to the staff for making our vacation so special, bravo!!!...

We put on our cozy robes and walked out to the lounge area waiting for our massage therapists to come get us... There was fresh fruit and other snacks available as well as water and tea but the best thing was the pineapple mimosas!!... :) I was taken back to my room and talk about calming... Of course the massage was everything it was supposed to be; relaxing, calming, healing… My massage therapist, Mary, was extraordinary... We were even greeted by Tracy (manager) who checked in with us about our experiences... Carley, Mary and Tracy were warm and friendly which is a necessity when having such an experience...

We came to L’Auberge to celebrate a friends birthday and had the most lovely day at the spa! We tried the hot tub several times but it was only little above body temperature, probably at 99 degrees, so just felt like bath water after about 5 minutes...
