I’ve never before in my life have gone to such a bad hotel. Once we got there, the carpet was messed up and not at all cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and when we asked for rolls it never came so we called down again and they said we had to go down there to get it. A sticky glop that had molded over on my bed. The towels had red stains on it (please clean your towels. Jeez!). Breakfast? Don’t even want to talk about it. We got a none smoking hotel room and it sure did smell like it. The pillows were the worse and so THIN! The bed was so obvious that someone has slept in it. The fridge smelled as if something had rotted in it. I don’t write reviews but since this hotel was so bad, I need to let people know!! We also got a room for my grandparents, there was a hole in the covers. Other than that.. well there was no other than that. If I could give a zero, I would. I would have preferred them to spend there money on good service and actually clean up the room rather spend it on a tiny pool.

Worst place ever! Mean Staff, dirty bed! Forget about the breakfast. Im very disapointed. The bedsheet was for sure from a person who slept here before. They say that the breakfast is from 7 but even at 7:30 its still not ready! For breakfast(!) You get coffee and a cerial bar. This place is a mistake. And the worst thing is the mean proprietress

We spent 1 night there and it was fantastic. 2nd level floor had view of the ocean which was literally right across the street. Beds were very comfortable. Parking on street level was fine but underground parking was not as ideal.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was very clean and the location was pretty good, uber takes around 12$ to reach downtown, the staff is kind of frustrated and do not care about people Breakfast was such a joke, a small room with coffee and black tea and some sweet packed biscuits and not to forget a tray of apples as well😂😂😂 such a cheating it was If you have a car then its fine otherwise don’t go for this hotel, it is not worth at all, they will not even allow you to check in little before 3 but 11 you can have to definitely go out of this motel Overall okay, but i would not really recommend to put 💰

We rented 12 rooms for a group, we stayed for 2 nights, we slept well, rooms were clean, small breakfast, but good enough to fill us up. Great location, so overall was great. Price was good. Thanks to the staff and Tesesa P.

We had a family emergency and this was the only hotel available at such short notice, so we had no choice but to book it. We were greeted by this rude desk clerk who thought we went there to drink despite the fact that we clearly had luggage and ready to check in. He motioned us to go away and I said we are booked and paid for one week. Anyway, we finally got checked in but a couple of days later I get a phone call at 8 pm telling us they have to move us out of our room to a 2nd floor room (they have no elevator and we are seniors) because they will replace the carpets in all the 1st floor rooms. Why the h*#@@ did they accept our booking if they knew that they were recarpeting!!! Anyway were it not for Travelocity who sorted out our booking our already stressful visit to San Francisco would have been totally ruined. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Went with my mother for a couple of days and had no option than to stay here. Everything was fully booked. The rooms were ok and clean, poor breakfast but the worse for me was the atritude of the gebtleman than received us. Our flight arrived early, son went srmtraight to the hotel and kindly asked if we could leave our bags as check in was at 3pm They were 2 small bags and he just said NO, I CAN'T TAKE CARE OF THEM. A LOT OF PEOPLE COME. He and his wife live in an apt inside the lobby! Seriously? We had to carry our stuff all day until night when we came back. Payed for one more night and asked for a lighter as I wanted to have a cigarette. He said NO, i dont have. Next day our return flight was until midnight but needed to change it as of course we wouldnt be able to leave our bags there. And what do I see? Mr. NO having a smoke turning it on with his own lighter! I was super pissed off. That is not the way how u treat customers even they are always full as SFO is always busy. Wont never recommend and wouldnt stay there again.

The list isn't short on what was wrong with this motel. The ice machine didn't work, vending machine wasn't in order. Our room which was a non smokers room smelt like someone had lived their for years whilst punching smokes. The linen and bathroom towels weren't clean and has stains on them. The place does come with free breakfast which is a nice bonus but once you arrive in the breakfast room all there is is some coffee and a biscuit. The customer service was terrible, my mate made an enquiry about the smoke in the room and they said I will make note of that, they didn't even try to fix the issue at hand. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else, absolute mess of a place.

Friendly staff, super accommodating!! We traveled with a small uhaul trailer and arrived late night to check in. Parking was free for both our car and trailer. The next day we wanted to travel into downtown to see some sights and the owner allowed us to keep our trailer there for a few hours even though we had checked out that morning. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean as well. If ever I find myself traveling to San Francisco again I'll be sure to stay here. What a great experience not to mention a great value! Thank you Bridgepoint Inn!!!
