The service seem alright at first, nothing special, I had originally asked to a Non smoking room, when we got to our room, we were very disappointed the room was extremely small and smoky, they even had an ash tray and mashes, the bed was harder than an ironing board. It was too late for us to try to find... More

It was a rush and we booked this small place to stay 4 days prior our arrival. We needed this to stay overnight just because we would be returning to S.F. area from L.A. a very late night and would require to stay in Daly City area. Finally we arrived pass mid-night, and we had to ring the bell and... More

It's a very nice and texmex theme hotel. It's clean and has breakfast and free parking. But if you go to SF you will need a car.

El Camino Inn has been our standby for several years. After winning a Priceline bid for a room at Fishermen's Wharf, and paying a parking tab that cost more than the hotel room (!) we decided to take another approach for our trips to the SFSU area (college search, and later, visiting our student there.) If you love funky motels... More

Managers were very friendly and helpful, gave us a map to " The Spine Clinic" a 5 minute drive away. We had a romm up front by the road so was a little noisey, if we stay there again I will request a room in the back. The bed was very firm, but we slept good. The neighborhood seems safe,... More

Stayed there for 3 nights. Rooms were okay and very clean. Was very quiete. Location was excellent with the BART station minutes from Inn.Local eats nearby and a very friendly and helpful management and staff. Provided a continental breakfast that was not expected for the price we paid for a 3 night stay. Will definitely stay here again for next... More

I usually stay downtown but due to a large conference had to look outside; El Camino turned out to be a great value. It's a ten minute walk (at most) to BART and then a 10 ride downtown, so very convenient. Very friendly and helpful manager. Room was simple and clean. There are rooms away from the road for those... The only downside is traffic noise. If you're not a light sleeper, this place is outstanding for the price. Stayed in an Econo Lodge for $78 the night before - and this place is leaps and bounds ahead of EL. Usually $55 a night during the week, $68 during weekends. Very clean, cute rooms. Great bed, covered free parking, fridge... More

We checked into one of the 2-bedroom suites in the evening and immediately realized that the toilet was backed up. Thankfully, it was just some pee that wouldn't flush. When I called the front desk and talked to the manager, he was EXCEEDINGLY pleasant in his delivery -- completely sounded like the boss with the coffee cup in the movie... More

The manager was very friendly and helped us figure our way around the are. He even provided a map. This motel was very clean. We stayed there for 3 nights. The place was cleaned and new soap and shampoo provided each time. There was a microwave and fridge in the room, tv with cable and free wifi. The bed was... More
