Had a great experience at this hotel and would defintely stay again! Alexander at the front desk was so helpful and just genuinely a nice person that you couldn't help but be charmed and have a smile on your face! He went above and beyond to offer any assistance we may have needed and the extra hospitality really makes a difference! The rooms themselves were nice and the property was well maintained. We usually stay at a more expensive four star hotel across the street, so I was initially nervous that we would be disappointed, but we definitely were not. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great bathroom. The rain showerhead was wonderful and it was so nice to have a separate water closet for the toilet so that one person could get ready and access the bathroom without intruding on the other using the toilet. Seems like such a minor thing, but it really is an important added convenience. The pool area with hot tub were also nice and we spent a quiet day out there relaxing. It was maybe not the most posh pool I've been to in the area, but it was very large and it was heated (I swear sometimes hotels say the pools are heated and they are not) to a perfect temperature. The hot tub was nice and there was plenty of shaded and unshaded areas to sit depending on your preference. There was no pool service for refreshments, but you could go get things from inside and bring them out for yourself. I did see another review complain about the overnight parking fee and, while I would prefer not to pay to park, it was more reasonable than other comparable hotels I looked at in the area. All in all, a great stay and would defintely recommend!

The location of this property is excellent! It is right off the freeway and very close to to South Coast Plaza. The facility is in top-notch condition and very clean. Room decor is modern and tasteful, and the bathroom is luxurious and well-lit. One of the lights was burned out, however, and we had to get a replacement from the front desk, which was of a different type but actually shed a better light! Housekeeping/maintenance needs to pay better attention to such details. Service was friendly, and overall our stay here was enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

We needed to fly to Orange County a day earlier than planned or we would have been stuck in the cold for the holiday. Booked this with my IHG points. Check in was a breeze, Alexander is just as great as the reviews. I tried to take him home with us but they quickly attached a ball & chain to his ankle making him too heavy for even 2 of us to carry. The bed was very comfortable, we didn’t hear any sounds from other rooms or the hallway, very good sound proofing! The best thing about the room was the rain shower. It was the best rain shower I’ve ever had!
