I stayed there for 3 nights in Mar 2018. The property is not up to the Crowne Plaza standards.
1. Carpet is worn and even ripped in sone places.

Hotel staff, food and room were excellent.
Bell Captain Greg Sandusky went out of his way to make our evening enjoyable.
Location is ideal for theatre, shopping and dining.
