Would not go again to this hotel and would not recommend to a friend or family. Lights went out when I was there for like 5 hours. Kids were running around making a loud noise couldn't sleep. How to park top level the whole time.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend long chess tournament on site. Customer service. We requested early check-in around 9a but was declined. However, the receptionist took our number and in less than an hour we received a call saying a room was available and we were also upgraded with club privileges. We were blown away! Amenities. Hotel was...

Cons: There were opened and re-filled with tap water FIJI bottles in my room (that I unknowingly drank), and as an apology, all the front desk did was give me a free water bottle Poor lighting in rooms Dingy/outdated rooms Unhealthy food in executive lounge Small gym Pros: Close to airport Updated bathrooms Pretty lobby Little Market to buy food

I spent two nights at the Hilton Orange County Costa Mesa and was absolutely thrilled. I was there on business and arrived early. While my room was not ready, Maribel at the front desk went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. I received a complementary upgrade to the Executive floor and was able to relax while my...

I wanted to be closer to the elevator however front desk said they were full. But when I searched online there were rooms available. I was unable to leave a phone msg for a colleague as the front desk said there was a block on the phone... Not so. Then on check out charged an extra $50 on my account.

I enjoyed this Hilton hotel immensely. From the time of check in to the time of departure the service, amenities and staff were second to none! Since I was participating in a conference we had wonderful meeting facilities and the banquet food for lunch and dinner was excellent.

Was pleasant stay except extremely bad weather and few fire alarm incidents on wee hours in the morning (False Alarm) hotel was busy with few Grp conventions so waiting at elevator (5 but only 4 were in use) long time only to get to the 4th Floor

Have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to Thomas at the Concierge desk. So helpful. There is a shuttle bus to South Coast Plaza for shopping and restaurants. Very clean and good sized rooms. Being able to order food in the bar area is a plus and the...

This hotel is not that bad but most of the time I have horrible experience especially with Receptionists. My assigned room is sharing with my colleague and whenever it's weekend my husband...
