I stayed at this hotel for eight days. It is very charming and comfortable. There was a really good continental breakfast. The hotel rooms are cozy and the staff are very nice and friendly. Coronado Island is a beatuful destination with lots of cute boutiques and nice restaurants, a pretty beach and the overall vibe was friendly.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a cheap place to stay for one night in Coronado and we got a great deal at the Coronado Inn and the place was great location, cute, and great customer service. We plan to stay there every time we go!

Noisy on a major street. Door not well sealed. Ants in bathroom. Dirty tiles. Very old, outdated fixtures. Plumbings make knocking noises when running water. Drains smell. Leaking under the sink. Toilet has no water pressure. Shower very tiny. Hard to turn around in tiny stand up shower even for a petite , skinny person like myself. No central air....

Thank you, Nancy for staying at the Coronado Inn. We regret that your experience in your last stay was less than pleasant. As you may have noticed, we are undergoing major renovations and upgrade to make our guest experience enjoyable and pleasant. Our rooms, though not quite modern, are very clean. Recently upgraded Memory foam beds delight our return guests...

I stayed for 7 nights while visiting my son who is training at North Island Navel Base. I had one of the back rooms near the pool which was perfect for needs. My room was dated but clean. The bathroom needed the most work. I did notice that there were Carpenters working on the buildings while I was staying so...

Not a place to hang out all day but perfect place if you have a busy schedule of places to be and are looking for a bed close to restaurants and bars and the excellent views across to downtown. Staff engaging and very helpful.

This is my third time staying at the Coronado Inn and I love what they have done to the place under new management. Still the best deal in town, but new carpets, bedding and televisions, plus the continental breakfast is even better than last year. This place is a hidden gem if you are looking for a budget friendly place...

The location is excellent. Very close to the harbor side of the island. Over a mile walk to the beach. The rooms are on the small side but good enough for 2 people. It does have a small dining table for 2 so we enjoyed using that. It has a small fridge and a microwave so we had our leftovers...

Recently stayed here with my friend who's a San Diego local. We decided to stay in Coronado but didn't want to pay a steep price for a weekend getaway. The Coronado Inn was the perfect spot for us. We loved the idea that they have bike rentals available for hotel guests so we didn't have to drive around. The staff...

My mother and I love this place, definitely booking for our next visit! Coronado Inn is close to the beach and it's fair pricing for such a last minute decision to stay another night. Very homely/cabin look to it. This place will be remembered on my next trip to San Diego.

If you're looking for a cheap hotel, just the basics, this is the place. On Coronado, there's so much to do and see, it just might be that you only need a place to sleep. Our room was tiny, and very clean, the staff friendly, and a cup of coffee in the morning was all we needed. Just be sure...
