We have spent the night here 5 times over as many years, ALWAYS Heritage RV is remarkably quiet, spotless clean, toilets & showers excellent, easy to back in or pull through RV sites, WiFi is ample for our email and newspaper reading. The gated dog area is clean and odorless. AND, there is a dog wash with hot water at the site. (There is a laundry on site and Vons and an autoparts store is a very short walk away.)

(BTW- we're grumpy old folks, so you can take this commentary 'to the bank'.)

This is by far one of the prettiest RV parks we've stayed in. Lots of trees for shade & grassy areas. Laundry, bocce ball, walking distance to shopping, dining, coffee. It's quiet, dog friendly with a dog wash area. I think what makes this place is the managers, they are exceptional.

On our way south, we usually stay at rolling hills tv park but was not impressed by their service. Decided to stay at Heritage RV Park. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were super clean. Overall a really nice experience. Lots of amenities close by. Went Marco’s pizza for take out. In a word excellent.

This RV park definitely isn't the best we have stayed at, however it's location was convenient. Grounds were clean & tidy. Bathroom showers were clean, but toilets had flushing issues. The management however, leaves much to be desired. Extremely rude & unprofessional. I overheard (the whole park could hear) the dark haired manager screaming and cussing at a campers visitor for not getting a piece of trash I'm the can. They had tried to throw away the item, it just was missed. She then followed the people yelling and cussing, demanding to know which camper they were a guest of so she could charge them. It was WAY over the top & hateful. The trash offender just left the park without letting her know because she was so irrate and confrontational. HIGHLY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

We’ve stayed here a number of times and have found the park to be very well run, spotless & well maintained. The park is now under new ownership so the jury is out. It appears to possibly be turning into a residential park. Previously there were a number of tidy units towards the back. Currently, there seems to be older unkempt units with yard clutter throughout. It would be very unfortunate to see this happen to what has been a very tidy & well run park.

Our two-day stay was pleasant. Given the proximity to the highway, it was very quiet. Wifi worked well, although the on air channels didn't come in all that well. The pool looked inviting, but wasn't open yet.

It worked well for a brief layover.

Very nice little rv park. Mature trees offer some shade and privacy. We arrived as a last minute after hours check-in and the process went smoothly. Only there for one night but we were impressed with the care that went into this rv park.

If you need an overnight place on the I5 in this area: think no further!! This place is conveniently close to the I5, although it has a countryside feel with all the trees. No highway noise at night. Bathrooms were SUPER clean and the nightly rate is on the cheaper side. I can highly recommend!!

We love the Corning area and always stop when we go through the area. When we are traveling with our RV we keep Heritage RV Park on the list. It’s a beautiful little park that is very walkable to the local stores and restaurants and especially the Olive Pit.

We also love their little dog play area. We only stayed for a night this trip but will definitely return.

Our second time at this gem. Easy in and out, great WIFI, quiet and immaculate. We were delayed by wildfire road closures in arrival but the staff made our stay seamless. Always friendly fellow rver’s.
