Detailed Reviews
You can tell this hotel is primarily used for corporate employees. It's not as plush as most Hilton's but still very nice. I originally would not have given it 4 starts because it was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in but the staff is incredibly professional and nice. When I checked in the toilet was still dirty. Had urine and feces on it. I called and asked to have it cleaned and left for five hours. Came back and it was still not cleaned. Housekeeping came up to clean it and luckily forgot the bottle of disinfectant because she still missed a lot of spots. I used it and cleaned all the door handles, lights, etc that had obviously not had a good wipe down in a long time. The restroom is also very worn and outdated. The room itself was very nice, amazing breakfast buffet and the staff is wonderful. I was there the week the covid 19 stuff started. They had to close the buffet and were short staffed but so accommodating. Will probably give it another try in the future with the family to try out the water park nearby.

Very disappointing to hear during check in that the club was closed 10 months ago while i booked a club room. Your system should not allow to book a club room if you do not have a club room. This is very misleading. Moreover in the mobile app in the benefits it said i will have access to the club on the 10th floor and even when chked in the app showed me in the map when i chose a room the location of the club. Very misleading. Very disappointing. The check in guys told me they will give me points for the compensation but looking at what was posted in my account it didn't happen. Couldn't be more disappointed.
The room is clean but smell was neutral, no good smell like in other properties. Overall still a nice property.
Restaurant 1st and main course for dinner were very good. The cream brulee was a disappointment. Texture like a cake and not creamy showed to the waitress which replaced it. The 2nd option was ok, not great.
Loved the fact u can check in with the app and use the digital key on your arrival to the hotel.
I hope in the future the lobby piano will have a pianist.
Breakfast was ok and free to diamond member. Not the best but ok.
Gym is ok.
Will come again.

The person who checked me in went above and beyond in my room selection and granted me a few extra benefits, I was very pleased with the service and the “extras”. Very nice.
The property is very nice, many food and shopping amenities close by, close to the airport. Inside the lobby is pleasant with a comfortable lobby bar. The restaurant is also intimate and comfortable. I ordered fish and chips to go and the greeter personally saw to my order and brought a glass if water while I waited. Nice touch.
I am a lifetime Diamond Honors member, I have been to many Hilton properties. This is definitely one of the best!

Front desk staff treated us like trash. We didn't seem to be getting the customer service that others we witnessed were getting. We stay here at least 3 times a year and are Hilton honor members. However we have never received our free bottled water when we check in although we witnessed others getting theirs. My digital check in and digital key on the App never works. And To enter the hotel
Is a turning round about automatic door. The last time we stayed my 3 year old daughter got stuck and pinned in between the revolving door. She was traumatized. This time the elevator doors were not working and wouldn't close. Front desk staff refused to help us and told us to try a different elevator. Which we did and My same 3 year old daughter almost got stuck in between the closing elevator
Door. She was screaming and crying. She then refused To get into the elevator. When we asked the staff where the staircase was they told us it was for emergency use only and we were not allowed to use them. When we finally were able to calm our 2 daughters down and into the elevator and to our room we found huge dark spots all over the cushions of the sofa which looked like blood to me. When we opened up the sofa we found no sheet, blanket or any bedding on the mattress of the sofa sleeper. My husband went downstairs to ask about that and they handed over the front desk to him an armful of bedding that apparently we were to make the bed ourselves. Also, I requested at time of making my room reservation months ago, for a microwave but when we checked in we were told there wasn't any more available. Even though we were checking in an hour before regular check in time. This is the very last time we will be wasting our money here. The Hilton in Walnut Creek only 10 minutes from here obviously is a better option as we've never had these type of horrid and traumatic experiences over there. It's a damn shame. These rooms are by no means cheap. They should be ashamed

Room was in poor shape with deferred maintenance and cleanliness being significant issues. Informed by staff the normal amenities such as pool, on site dining, fitness center and business center were not available, however they did have a $19/night parking fee with no free parking available. They are many better options in the local area that have amenities, clean rooms and do not charge for parking.

This hotel turned out to be much better than we anticipated. Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30 PM but the front desk gave us an even better room on the top floor facing back . It was very quiet and very comfortable . I usually do not sleep well in a hotel the first night , but in the hotel I did : the bed was very comfortable . The personnel was very friendly and gave us good tips on how to get to and from the SFO airport . Parking was easy and reasonable .

I stayed here for an extended period (2 weeks). I wouldn't normally stay here because I'm a resident in the area but was doing some home renovation. There were some issues but I got great service from most of the staff and that made it a pleasant stay. Wilfred at the front desk took care of most of our needs and was very prompt and helpful with any requests we had. We also had our dog with us so were always in the room and Wilfred made sure we had all of the amenities we needed. He also addressed a couple of small issues on the billing for me (our stay was extended three times during the trip). In the restaurant Wesley took care of us most mornings and Danila helped me when he wasn't there. Karmila was also helpful at the front desk.
There are only three Hilton property choices in the immediate area and this was the best-priced of all of them. The property is older but they were in the process of renovation at the time we were there. The rooms were clean enough but could use a refresh.
I'm a Diamond member and have stayed at Hilton properties in several states. I know other guests listed problems in their review on the beds but ours were very comfortable and my wife usually has trouble when we travel (especially with the pillows) and this was not the case.
The hotel does get busy on weekends in the summer. Lots of kids came through but during the week it was very quiet and had it been a business trip it would have been easy to meet with clients in different parts of the hotel. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and the bar was closed but there are a number of places nearby to eat and drink (the Veranda and Willows are across the street). I will say that on the breakfasts, as a Diamond member I'm used to having that comped by the hotel. I was disappointed in their policy of a credit of $15 which doesn't cover most of their meals.
Would I stay here again? Yes. Hopefully the renovations will address the major issues but it was convenient location and Wilfred, Wesley, Danila and Karmila's service would be the biggest reason.

More than half the amenities were not available. The hotel is understaffed and was told to me by the supervisor. My room had pet hair and garbage under the bed. There was no towels at the pool. There were no bars for adult entertainment. There was only one microwave for all hotel guest to use and it did not work properly. The micro store had minimal items to purchase no compliantly waters for the room.

We had made reservations for two adjoining rooms for our daughters 11th birthday party swim sleepover. Prior to making reservations they insured us that the pool was heated and the hot tub was working. Both were untrue. The first two sets of rooms they gave us were not adjoining (wasted over an hour going up and down to tell the staff our rooms weren’t what we requested and had to switch not once but twice). By the time they found us a set of rooms that were adjoining, we had 5 minutes to decorate the room for the party. The party that was supposed to be a swim party but it was too cold to swim in an unheated pool. We were really bummed about the service here.

This hotel used to be great … but nowadays they have nothing … no bar, no restaurant, no staff except the two receptionist … it is all messed up. There were one towel per room for the whole room, if you need anything you have to go down to get it .. no staff to bring it to you
