Wonderful place, well established, very clear and with excellent service. Definitelly the best choice. The breakfast was enough and plead. We come under extreme weather conditions and the staff welcome us, providing umbrella for the rain, extra towels etc We came for a wecdding and they provide us clearing services for the dirty clothes. On the departure day, there is available a dressing room with shower, in case you want to check out and go to the sea and return to the hotel for your laggage etc
Loved this little hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good variety in the buffet breakfast with what looked (and tasted) like homemade yoghurt and locally produced honey. Steni Vala is wonderful if all you want to do is get away from it all, don't go expecting nightlife.
Amazing hotel with fantastic staff. They really go to their length to make you feel at home. Drove us when we needed, helped out with car rental, taxi booking etc etc. The roof garden is really cozy place to sit during the nights, having a drink and watching the stars. The breakfast could be a little better with some variety, but still good. Highly recommended this place.

Thank you to everyone in the hotel for helping our holiday be the best, i hope to visit again xx…
I have just returned from a wonderful and very relaxing break in Alonnisos, in all honestly I didn't venture to far from the hotel as the wonderful bay of Steni Vala is only 6 minutes stroll away, there are 3 Tavernas one of which Tassia's is rated as number 4 on Trip Advisor due to not only the most delicious home made food but incredibly friendly service. IKION café is the next property playing gently jazz and also offering superb service, in a relaxed atmosphere with super views. Between 3-4 pm the sailing flotillas arrive and moor for the evening. A couple of stoney beaches with clear water are no ore than 8 minutes walk away. Back to 4 Epoches! Huge thank you to George & Katerina & Anna who made me feel so welcome wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms have small hob and refrigerator, I was on the ground floor but a second floor room would allow for incredible sea views and sunsets! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, Greek Yoghurt, Pastries Ham, Cheese etc Cereals together with hot options including back egg & sausages - enough for everyone. The roof-bar wasn't open during my stay but I sat reading on the terrace which was fantastic, with sea and bay views. Small and friendly hotel - perfect for solo guests as very safe and welcoming. The staff here cannot fail to ensure you have a wonderful trip.…
The room we were given had no hot water when we arrived. There were obviously problems with the boiler. This was sorted by our second day. The advertised restaurant only served breakfast and snacks. Then the menu was produced on our third day. Very limited but we didn't try it because we ate at the one taverns in the village that was open, Tassias. We found 2 fish restaurants in next village. Limited walking routes. You need a car to stay here. Would not recommend it early season. Having complained we were made to feel uncomfortable by one lady, we assumed an owner who was aggressive in her manner to us and said that our complaints were not fair, there was satellite tv, and there wasn't, and no one else had grumbled. Each time we entered the hotel we knew we were being watched. The cleaners and young receptionist from Athens were lovely, and so were the locals in the village who were friendly and kind.however, we don't feel we could stay at that hotel again…
We received the warmest of welcomes from Giorgos and Katerina and both were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is wonderful! It is small and very well laid out around a lovely pool. On that note, the pool itself is very well kept and clean. There are toilets & showers to the side of it, which is handy. The rooms themselves are spacious, modern, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. There are numerous ' touches' that make this hotel stand out for me. Apart from the lovely, friendly, helpful staff, the rooms have a kettle, fridge (which is stocked daily with bottled water) tea & coffee sachets ( again replenished daily), free air-conditioning, free good WiFi and free room-safe. The bathroom is stylish and clean with a good hair-dryer and towels are replenished as required. The balcony/terrace are of a good size and nicely furnished. One further great 'touch' is that the patio doors have a fly-screen door to keep flying critters out of your room! It only remains for me to tell you about the legendary breakfast! Greek yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit, bread, butter, various home made jams ( including kiwi!), pastries, bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit juice and unlimited coffee and tea. We think this hotel is wonderful and will be staying again. Oh, and it really is a few minutes walk to the beautiful little harbour of Steni Vala with it's lovely tavernas.…
Such a lovely hotel. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Special mention to George who is arguably the nicest, most helpful hotel receptionist we’ve ever met. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very modern. They have everything you need including the most effective air con, safe, hairdryer & toiletries. Also a fully stocked fridge with free water. The breakfasts were delightful. Buffet style with cooked option, fruit, cereal, cheeses and ham plus juices & unlimited fresh coffee and tea. Small but beautiful swimming pool, warm and safe for children. Adequate sun loungers & umbrellas. 2 minute walk to the harbour and several local tavernas. Beautiful views across the bay. A pleasure to stay here. A real find and not an expensive one either.
Wasn't sure if this hotel would be ok but we were pleasantly surprised. It was truly lovely. We had a private placed room that was a good size. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is good, with a choice of hot and cold dishes. It's position is 2minutes from the beach and the tiny port of Steni which has a good range of Tavernas. It's a good idea to hire a car to get round and take in the beautiful views and bays. A very relaxing holiday, do visit the old village and have lunch at Kalamakia a short ride round the coast.
Very clean well facilitated hotel set in picturesque setting. The staff so friendly and nothing was any trouble for them to help you. They provided prompt transfers to and from the port. Would I use this hotel again? Most definitely - loved Alonnisos and our holiday here.
