Every May our antique tractor club take a tractor ride from Woodland, CA to Colusa, CA. We always stay at the Riverside Inn. The innkeepers are so very accommodating for us. There is a little gazebo where we have our "happy hour" beverages after the ride. They make dinner reservations for us, provide fresh coffee if we want it in... More

We wer in Colusa for an organized bike ride and needed a convenient place to stay. The Riverside fit the bill, not too expensive and clean. It won't win any style awards and there are some dings and scratches but very serviceable. The mattress wasn't great. The staff was very friendly and even made point of getting up early (5:30... We spent one night before a cycling event. We had not thought to request a ground floor room (for ease of handling the bikes), but the staff accommodated our needs without difficulty. The room was clean and quiet. There is apparently wifi in the "public areas," but we couldn't log on from our room. That was no big deal, as... More

My husband and I stayed here in mid-February, found it on the web, close to Colusa & Sacramento NWRs; and Grey Lodge birding. Figured it would be a small downtown, older hotel, and it surprised us with much more. Friendly manager, welcoming overall, hard to explain: Flowers, plants, like a home, outside the office. The accessible room had a huge... More

Perfectly clean; very friendly! We loved being at the river and walking the pretty tree-lined streets. Very quiet; we will stop there again. The Sacramento River is right out back of the motel with steps up to the dike.

We had a comfy king sized bed in a clean well appointed room with a spacious shower in a well kept motel next to a great walking path along the top of the levee and best of all - thoughtful and informative hosts. I hope we have an occasion to return!

We came to Colusa to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. We were very please with the room, it had three kings size beds in two rooms, two TV's and free wifi. There was a storm that night and the owners gave us a flashlight, just in case. The place was clean and comfortable. This is not our first or second... More

When the owners are on-site and care you have the perfect situation for a good lodging experience. That's what you get here and result is very pleasant and hospitable. Housekeeping does a first rate job, so leave them a nice tip. I'll be back for sure. Lots of birders and duck hunters stay here. I am not a birder or... More

What a delightful surprise this small motel turned out to be on New Years Eve 2014! Owners, TC & Hansa excelled at hospitality, making our stay comfortable when my husband and I checked into Room 211, joined by his brother and wife in Room 2009. The architecture is vintage 70's vibe for this 2 level motel, rooms and check-in office... More

Good location. Half block from the river. Very clean. Houskeepers do a VERY conscientious job. Friendly helpful owners. Rooms are quite nice. Furnishings are much better than you normally find in places like this. Spotless shower. For $65 absolutely the best value I've seen in lodging of this class. Free wifi. Free cable TV. It's not a five star luxury... More
