Tworzymy hotel z duszą. Odwiedzany z ciekawością, opuszczany z nadzieją powrotu, chwalony w kraju i zagranicą. I spent 4 nights/4 dinners/Breakfast included/any many visits to the bar and my total bill including taxes was 367 dollars! It’s is a beautiful property, spotlessly clean and an extremely nice and accommodating staff. If in area this should be your property of choice. It is a very remote place located in a very peaceful setting. A couple of things to note, it’s not 5 star, no English TV so bring a book, no elevator, no bellman, no room service, no spa, no pool. It’s an old castle in mint condition with beautiful lobby/bar and restaurant. Guest rooms are small but fully modern with clean updated bathrooms. The character of this property more than replaces its lacking amenities. If you want 5 star this is not for you. If you want comfort, peace, country air, beautiful grounds, accommodating staff and a unique experience this is a must visit!

This was our third visit to the Zamek, having been here for our wedding and for a New Year's Eve celebration. Apparently, this was the first time the Zamek had been opened for Christmas, and Beata the manager told me that she had been anxious to get things right. She and her staff succeeded completely.
As usual, the food was extraordinary, and plentiful beyond belief. We ate like royalty.
This time, we stayed in the new building, which was very well appointed with a spa, children's room and balconies at every turn. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful park land, which is as spectacular in the winter as it is in the summer.
The staff are nothing but helpful, speak more than basic English in most cases, and were very gracious in listening and responding to my bad Polish.
Children are welcomed; my son and Beata's son had a lot of fun dashing around the lounge and reception room, not to forget Oskar the parrot's cage!
I have stayed in excellent hotels on many occasions, and the Zamek beats them all hands down. Bravo!

We were invited to a ball here at Zamek Dubiecko, following Hubertus.. a traditional hunting event. As other reviewers have said the food was absolutely stunning. I have never in all my life had veal which was cooked so well.
The barszcz (Polish Beetroot soup) was so delicious I had three bowls! Perhaps that is why I did not have a hangover after being challenged to keep up with our Polish host's vodka consumption.
The castle itself is immaculate and our room in the new part of the complex was well appointed and of excellent quality. As we do not know this part of Poland, we did not really know what to expect, we were thoroughly delighted and only wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

Just returned from a trip through Germany and Poland, visiting some well known and not so well known towns and villages. During this time we spent a few nights at Zamek Dubiecko, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely historic hotel. Staff, rooms and meals couldn't have been nicer and the property was beautiful. I'm so glad we decided to stay in this "personal" property, and experience more of the countryside. During the summer, lots of weddings are held at the hotel, which only accentuates the the feeling of a country house party. As enjoyable as the area was to visit, I would consider this a destination hotel in itself.

My girlfriend and I made a last minute decision to stay here (OK, she made the call). We can't even begin to express the fabulous experience this was. It was her first time out of the USA, and now I'm in trouble if we go somewhere else, because it will be impossible to top this experience. I have done quite a bit of traveling and can say that it was the BEST stay compared to anywhere that I have been. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and tasteful. The food was worthy of the highest culinary awards known to man. And the proprietors were the kindest, most helpful people you can meet, and made us feel like not only "royalty" but family. Even though we're back in the USA, we still feel a sense of royalty because of this experience.

Excellent accommodations in quiet, immaculate room! There is a walk through the grounds to the restaurant which serves food that is uniquely Polish and carefully prepared. Altogether a great experience.

The Restaurant of Zamek Dubiecko is probably the best in all of Galicia.
The quality comes with a price that is higher than the usual in Poland, but quite acceptable for foreigners from Western Europe and the US.
The quality of the food is excellent and the preparation of it is perfect.
The portions are of good size and after a full dinner you stand up perfectly satisfied.
We have had salads, meats and cakes; all of them just perfect.
Highly recommended

We celebrated our wedding in Zamek Dubiecko this summer. We have to say, we could not have picked a more perfect place. The food is amazing, and the service and staff is great. Everybody speaks english, and they are very helpful. The hotel is nice and new, and the surrounding with the park makes it a perfect place for any occasion. We very much recommend Zamek Dubiecko.
