    Almost perfect
A brand new asset to the region of Tuchola Forest - and probably the best. The standard rooms are spacious enough but for a small surcharge one can have so called Apartment Simple - a much better deal in terms of space. The property lies on a huge compound close to the forest. Everything is meticulously clean and designed with taste. The friendly reception was proud to announce that the rooms are noise-proof, a feature some guests might value high. And indeed, the nights we spent there were really tranquil. The breakfasts are tasty but honestly speaking they, no harm, could be a bit more sophisticated. The hotel rates, although it is definitely a matter of opinion, are rather on a high side taking into consideration that Tlen as such is a small sleepy village and there are no immediate attractions there save for exploring the woods or canoeing the nearby river. A recommendable place for those who like a quiet hide-out from bustling cities and appreciate a tad of luxury in the middle of nowhere.

    Wonderful but concerning
We stayed at this wonderful property prior to spa section being opened. Lovely grounds, close to forest walks, fantastic food (best duck confit eaten in poland) at very reasonable prices. Ground floor room was spacious and well furnished, totally comfortable. Only major issue was male person entering our room at 1am, using master swipe card. After discussion it was explained by management that this person was in fact security clearing linen from rooms. I am still doubtful. Would I stay again, a definite yes.

    Beautiful stay
We got married here July 1st and had a beautiful time. The staff were very attentive and kind and all of our guests were very impressed with their rooms as well as the offerings of the hotel (ie. pool, restaurant, pub, etc). We will be coming back again for sure, as will our guests.

We visited the hotel for a one night when travelling to the other part of Poland. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and kind. The rooms are pretty comfortable, with big screen, but only with polish tv stations. Unfortunately the rooms are very cold at night which is really bad when coming back from the swimming pool. Everything looks nice and clean but in my option a bit overpriced. At the bar you can find prices like in some hotels from the capital cities.

We were visiting Poland for the very first time and trqavelled with friends to a friends wedding. This has to be the best wedding venue and we had heard that Polish weddings were impressive. The wedding meal was literally a 6 hour feast of the most excellent food. The service was professional and friendly. I suspect not many English speakers use the hotel, few staff spoke English. The English translation on the menus caused a few smiles but were not misleading. IT was a week-end to remember and this location must be considered one of the best wedding venues in which we have ever had the pleasure to attend a wedding.

Stayed 3 nights in the Evita Hotel to attend Rafal and Marta’s wedding. Rooms, staff, food, surroundings etc were all amazing A big thank you to Filip in the bar for his excellent service and for looking after us so well. He also speaks very good English which was a big help. If you like a relaxing, quiet holiday and a bit of pampering, then this is the place to come. We will definitely be back.

Our wedding commenced at Evita hotel, Saturday 11th of August. Ceremony took place in wee church, 3 miles away from the venue. Quest: We had multinational guests from all over the world. Every single one of them, could not speak highly enough about the staff and the venue itself. They were extremely happy. Rooms: Myself and my wife spent two nights in groom and bride suite. You want to see the size of that thing. Room was extremely specious, clean and bright overlooking hotel grounds through specious terrace. Simply lovely. Service: Absolutely stunning. Every task given to the staff was completed instantly without any fuss. 5 star customer service indeed. Mikolaj and his mate, true legends. Thank you guys for your banter and support, much appreciated😎 Food: I will allow myself to quote a dear friend of mine who said: "What a great day at Rafal’s wedding 3:30am and the wedding celebration is finished. Literally a feast that lasted 10 hours. What wonderful food and drink flowing like a fountain. As soon as one bottle was drained another appeared on the table. Great music and great company." - Simply beautiful. Wedding organisation: Our wedding planner Ewa organised all for us. She was answering our queries instantly. She did a splendid job with holding everything together and making sure that all goes well. Truly remarkable. Myself and my wife would like to thank to every single member of the staff for doing such a great job and for looking after us on our special day. Thank you guys. We definitely will be back.

Went with my husband for a romantic getaway. We booked our room at Booking.com. It seems they treat these clients worse than others.Actually the receptionist told me that booking directly by the hotel is cheaper and better.Otherwise they don't care about complaints. We should direct them to Booking.com not to them. There were few things which made our stay unpleasant:two single beds instead of double bed,the lack of many tv channels or poor quality of picture(as it was raining all day it was the probable reason-we couldn't watch anything!Hobbit or football match?Forget it!),very little amount of soap in the container in the shower(you could barely find any),unpleasant and rude attitude towards clients from Booking.com(they looked at us and said 'oh regular room' and at restaurant' What room?Oh regular '-seriously they made us feel like s*** !)At restaurant very poor and expensive a la carte menu.We wanted a room in a peaceful place instead we could hear everything through the thick wall(which was supposed to be soundproof ) We have paid a lot of money and we have expected much more.Breakfast good, spa and swimming pool nice.

Its always good to be in a very empty hotel, and it was in december.Food and breakfast average. The staff is young but nice and helpfull [even tho sometimes doesnt rememeber you order potatoes for kids not fries or you get tea without a spoon ...maybe beacuse they have this different kind of sugar on a stick?so aw ok it happens..;)] The price almost 600zl for studio room -two adult two small children [5 and 4]was far to expensive !!in the lowest season !!with I have to say poor room because of VERY noisy heating/aircond and very uncomfy sofa for kids on which if you have bigger /taller [teenager]kids its even worst - legs are of the sofa. Escape room [great fun! never see it in any hotel] ,kids room [many toys], gym and pool is advantage. Warm water and sliding in pool. Outside playground, big comfy parking. But because of the basic problem with sleeping in our [ expensive !] room ,which wasnt also furnished so well..we wont come back..Great food in nearby Przystań.
