Enjoyed our stay at the resort with family. The rooms are bit small for family of four but all the amenities are worth paying for. Staff is very friendly and helped us quickly when needed at Pool area. Kids had great fun playing golf!

This was a great location for a local weekend getaway with friends. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk staff were approachable and hospitable, and when we called for extra toiletries, housekeeping staff came by quickly. Great customer service! Even though I live nearby, it felt like a relaxing getaway. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Pacific Palms while in Southern California for a baseball tournament. I would not stay there again. it was much more of a convention/conference center hotel and not cozy at all. The bathroom shower didn't work well and there were no extra blankets so we had to ask for more. Also, there was a very loud wedding just outside our window that went until midnight with loud music and loudspeaker blaring into our room; and we had to wake at 6 AM the next morning. We were warned about this but there was no attempt made to relocate our room to a quieter location.

Nice facility, views and rooms. If you need a refrigerator, it will cost you extra. Bath tub did not drain well. I would think housekeeping would noticed and inform engineering when they cleaned the shower before we arrived. Otherwise a very good place to stay. I will go back.

We got engaged here several years ago and wanted to return. The grounds are beautiful. Beds are comfortable. The staff other than the front desk is very friendly. The front desk staff almost never look up unless you specifically speak to them. The hotel is getting a little shabby and they clearly prioritize events over hotel guests. Golf outing preparation start very early in the morning and are loud. They frequently have parties at night, which most of the time isn’t a problem, but on our last night, they had an outdoor rockin’ base filled music party till 2 AM. No one warned us, and no manager has reached out to us, despite our requesting it multiple times. They don’t clean the rooms because of Covid, which would be fine if it was a day or two, but we were there for eight days. We had to ask every time we needed some thing. We will not return.

Hotel is nice, the restaurant was excellent, however no water in the rooms and they charge five dollars for a bottle. I had to drive off property to buy bottled water. We left the property a day early. Shameful

I expected this resort to be a lot better. Not the best cleanliness or customer service. Could use some updating as well. No housekeeping unless you make a request. Manager at desk and other agents were not very polite. No valet service or assistance with luggage available. They literally watched me struggle with my items and children. They even asked me to put the cart to the door when I returned it to the desk area. They seem to have no manners.

Give this place a try but don't expect great service. Definitely don't book through hotel and pay their prices, it's not worth it. Discount through third party is the way to go. Lots of locals stay here, slightly ghetto.
