Pacific Palms Resort is the only full-service luxury golf and conference resort of its kind in Los Angeles County. Our glorious hilltop location set against the majestic San Gabriel Valley Mountains and many guest activities make Pacific Palms Resort unique even among the Los Angeles resort hotel circle. We are special to business and leisure travelers because we have what both need to enjoy a stay here, including facilities for a work-related meeting or event. Being within the San Gabriel Valley, but just half an hour from downtown L.A. is another bonus all visitors can appreciate-and we haven't started describing the property itself yet!At 650 acres, Pacific Palms Resort is one of the largest hotels within Southern California. It would take a long stay to sample all we have to offer: here you can find fabulous fireside dining overlooking Celebration Lake, a new spa and fitness center, and our famous 4-star, 36 hole Industry Hills Golf Club.We also take pride in the accommodations themselves. There are 292 rooms to choose from; all of them are beautifully appointed oversized guest rooms, with balconies and fine interior furnishings. The four major airports and four major interstates nearby make getting here a breeze. Come enjoy the spa resort, events venue and restaurants of Pacific Palms Resort for yourself!

We were there for a family wedding. Beautiful resort with large rooms. The elevator service was fast to go to different floors. Room service was just ok. Great location for a wedding with beautiful views.

This resort looks beautiful online. They advertise rooms with gorgeous mountain or golf course views, two full restaurants and one bar, two championship golf courses, swimming pool and spa. We flew across the country to visit family and thought we would stay and play golf for four days at this resort. Now comes the switch...we get to the resort check into our room to find out that the view is of the roof of the resort so we explain to the staff that this is not what we reserved so they told us it would be some time before our requested room was available. While we waited we went in search of the bar & restaurants only to find out that one restaurant and the bar were being remodeled and wouldn't be open for another week. We found the restaurant that was open and they had no bar but could make us a drink and bring to the table. We then went in search of the Pro Shop to check on our tee times only to find out (you guessed it) that one course closed that day for reseeding and the other course had just opened after reseeding. This was the final straw, we went to the front desk and requested our luggage and that we were not staying and canceled the entire reservation. To the Management: your staff was extremely apologetic and very accommodating. I only wish management had the common decency to let people know before the check in that remodeling and annual course maintenance is taking place so we can then make an informed decision whether or not to stay at your facility.

jph6gc, So sorry on your experience this past week. You happened upon a unique closure situation when we were both re-flooring/enhancing our Red Restaurant and finishing the re-seeding of our golf course. We'd like to have further conversation if possible, to discuss and apology gesture. Please either contact our Dir. of Sales & Marketing or advise how we may contact you. Very rarely do you get a hotel of this caliber that is dog friendly! Beautiful lobby when you walk in. Great rooms that are nice and big and full of light! The outdoor restaurant is a great place to bring your well behaved dog and enjoy live music and 5 star restaurant food and service! Will stay again and again!

When you first see the Pacific Palms Resort, it looks like a hospital or maybe an office complex, but as you come up the palm lined entrance and past the two beautiful golf courses you realize that it is really a wonderful oasis right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the greater LA area. I walked around the grounds a bit early in the morning and the quiet is impressive, no street sounds and we even saw some four legged creatures running around the fairways of one of the golf courses - great way to clear your mind for getting some swings in or heading back to the conference center to conduct some business. My room was very comfortable, and I took full advantage of the nicely laid out desk to get some work accomplished while admiring the beautiful mountain and valley views from the open patio. Everyone on the staff was very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend stopping in at RED Restaurant which is a little pricey, but more than makes up for that in quality, taste and a wonderful patio dining location if the temperatures permit - more great views and again, right in the middle of all the businesses that make City of Industry their home.

During this leg of my October whirlwind travel, we stayed here. It was my first time but not for my coworkers. The property was quite large with a long drive up to the hotel parking from the street. Entering the hotel I was surprised with the two story plus ceilings in the lobby but this entrance also was the common area for their large convention center style meeting rooms. I hardly saw anyone around beside the three staff members during our check in process. I had to go up a set of escalators and then walk a short distance to reach the elevator bank for our rooms. Going down the escalators took us to the restaurant, gym and entrance to the golf course and pool. When I came down in the morning my key did not work for the gym or pool and required me to hike back to the front desk to be told that my key was not enabled to use the facilities. I thought that was odd given this was standard in practically every other hotel I stayed at in the past. The gym was quite big with a collection of cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. There was one other person working out. No one was in the restaurant when I walked outside. A sea of golf carts queued up by the pro shop suggested this would be where I would find more humans and was confirmed when I took in the views by the putting green. The landscaping and views were nice. My room itself was renovated with a large comfortable bed, plantation shutters (a first if I remember my hotel stays correctly) and views of the helicopter pad. The bathroom was another story. The glass on the shower was full of hard water stains. Not sure if they were just lazy cleaners or maybe felt it was too labor intensive but not a good reflection on their cleaning crew. When I checked out I saw one guest in the lobby and another outside walking their dog. The parking lot had maybe two dozen cars. For me there are better hotel options in the area.

Thank you for your visit with us and detailed feedback, including the compliments and the suggestions/observations. We will be reviewing these with staff right away, including the status of the bathroom. Sorry on the key not working at the fitness center. Our plan for your safety is to activate that at check-in.
