The room door also rattled when doors nearby closed, but otherwise the room was quiet... There's a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room... I'm going to start off with this was despite 1 bad thing the best hotel experience I've had for the price. I booked a king suit for one hundred and fifty ish after tax... Can't say enough good really I was shocked, I'm a bit of a stickler for a good experience and I was very impressed... We ended up dumping our food once we got back to the room and ordering in... 10/10 maybe just skip the breakfast!...

...They were super helpful in answering questions & making sure we had everything we needed. The room: We stayed on the first floor, king bed with pull out sofa bed... The front area worked well for him on leash - however on the side of the building, that grassy area was littered with irresponsible dog owners not cleaning up their pets poop so I’d recommend only using the front grass for safety if your shoes… Overall: I judge based on customer service... I’ll likely stay here again when I visit family in the future...

I'd had issues with a booking made via a third party and Nikki helped me before my arrival with the most kind professionalism, assuaging my concerns and leaving me with a smile after the phone call... Once there, Kenta handled us all with the type of service and attention I've only experienced in five star hotels... The hotel itself was nicely updated and the breakfast was good - made freshly on-site... The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean...

I had a great one-week stay at Oxford Suites in Chico, CA. The front desk people were friendly and attentive... It's nice to walk into a hotel lobby and see someone behind the desk at all times... My room was super clean and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable... Breakfast in the morning was great...real scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, not some freeze dried garbage that most "free" breakfasts that you get from other hotels... The bartender was super cool at well... It was a great stay, and I'll be staying here the next time I'm in Chico...

...This hotel had everything I could want and more. I was surprised to be given two drink tickets per evening... The warm cookies at the reception counter was a nice touch... The breakfast was good, with lots of hot and cold options, plus granola bars that I could take with me... The toiletries were quite generous, with a large amount of liquid hand soap and lotion, which isn't usually available at other hotels I've stayed at...

Oxford Suites is an outstanding place to stay in Chico... Pet friendly at a very reasonable rate... We had a suite type room which was very convenient for a late riser/early riser situation... Their grille has excellent food to top off all the other great things about this place...

...The complimentary breakfast was pretty great. As a guest you receive one drink ticket (have to order an appetizer) per guest for each night of your stay... The room was very nice and COVID safe... Overall it was a fabulous stay and we will definitely be returning...
