It is a very well organised hotel. We had a room, which was clean and housekeepers were thriving for excellence every day. We didnt like the comfort of it. We had one that needed a new mattress. Please make a renovation! The sea is right in front of you and makes life easier and happier

The apartments have all you need, they all have a balcony many with a sea view. The on site shop has all you would need for your stay. There is also a private beach and because it is in the Pagasetic gulf the water is very calm and safe to swim, very child friendly. Their Taverna has an excellent menu with added specials every day all at reasonable prices. There is a good variety of mountain villages you can visit with a short drive. You can walk to Kala Nera that is a popular holiday resort for Greek nationals there you will find a good assortment of Bars, Restaurants, and shops, all topped off with a beautiful long beach. The only down side was we had some heavy rain showers. There is also good camping facilities there with very good and clean toilet/shower facilities and level pitching site for tents caravans or motorhomes. This site is family owned and run with efficiency and they will all give you a very warm welcome and cater for all you needs.

We booked this place as we were desperate. Nothing hit us in our search in the vicinity of Athens (btw. this is a very strained 4.5 hour drive). Then we asked for this place, got good and thorough explanations from the owner and we arrive rather late in the day in the beginning of July. They welcomed us, showed us the apartment and the surrounding, brought us the parasol and four beach chairs. This is what I call a 95% satisfaction. And I am happy about it, 95 is a nice percent. Everything is great, some things could be different, but this is a great place without any doubt! APARTMENT: very large apartment, two single beds in the living room/dinning room. Very well equipped kitchenette (no microwave, if someone asks). Large refrigerator with freezer. All the utensils needed, clean, with wash up liquid, brush and kitchen towels. Bedroom was very large, we never stumbled over our open suitcases, it was clean and very well kept. Big mirror was there as well, plenty of small and large storage room. Bathroom was decent sized, with shower and a nice rain drop kind of shower head. Couple of soaps and shampoos available in there finished it off. What was a surprise for us was a 4 day sheet and towel change routine, daily cleaning and very discreet staff - one would think that ninjas were cleaning rooms. Everything was replenished on time. The only problem was the noise from a near by communal grill. People would hang around longer in the night, no parties, but subdued talk. If you have problem sleeping with a window closed and talk heard through the window - avoid V3 (written B3). It was not a problem for you new acquaintances, who were in the same apartment as we were, but last year. Tap water was drinkable and good. SURROUNDING: it is a very large camping site with a beach front hotel and apartments closer to the entrance. Large, one could got lost on it and it was well maintained and I could hear about many returning campers. Mostly stone paths to the beach were nice change from dusty options in other places. BEACH: not fine sand. More like small gravel, pebbles and sand. Entrance we small pebbles and the sea bed was lined with very fine sand. You could get between 4-7m of shallow(er) water before it goes to 2m and stays so for some distance, but gradually deepens. You can still build castles, you can have the sand from the see to help you with decorations. Beach is fairly narrow, about 4m mostly, for one row of parasols/chairs/towels. There were efforts to put two, but it blocks a lot and can be easily splashed by waves. The water is clean, nothing spectacular, we had some tree/leaf debris from time to time, but nothing serious. There are showers on the beach, tavern is in the background and the atmosphere is laid back. I would love if the beach got a bit more attention, but it is not dirty, more to change the layout a bit. It has thee or four stone coves and it is worth visiting them, but only one is accessible by foot (and it has a shower, believe it or not). All of them could give novice snorkellers (read kids) plenty to see and enjoy. We are coming back and recommending to anyone who will listen!
