The house is very well equipped, as well as very beautiful. The caretaker of the structure is very welcoming and willing to meet the needs of guests. I recommend this solution to everyone. The proximity to Mount Tabor is a further positive element.

A friend and I arrived at Tabor Land Guest house after walking a section of the Israel National Trail. There was a rainstorm that day, we were tired, worn out, and my feet (after 7 days & 175km) were in need of a rest. We were warmly welcomed into Sarah's beautiful home (she even picked us up from a local grocery store and took us to a bus station the next day), given fruit and hot drinks, and Sarah even tended to the blisters on my feet! The house would make great accommodation for a large group (there are 3 bedrooms), and it worked well for just 2 of us as well. It is a place where you can relax, be refreshed, and enjoy. The only reason I gave location a 4 star is because it is a bit out of the way for walking or public transport, but if you have a car it would be a great launching spot to see the region. And like so many other reviews have said, it is Sarah herself that is the best reason this is a great place to stay!

Sarah's home is tops for its hospitality and its accommodations. One does not have to worry about what they will find with renting a room at Tabor Land. Sarah's home is clean and with every amenity one might need. The added bonus in renting a room at Tabor Land is Sarah. She's friendly, so very helpful with accommodation details and travel ideas, and she freely shares her insights as a native of the wonderful country of Israel. A perfect host, she also gives one plenty of privacy. Her place is lovely, situated in a beautiful part of Israel. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to stay at Tabor Land. Thanks Sarah!

This review is bit overdue, but it needs to be posted. I was traveling with my son (14) thru the land of Israel last Passover. Passing thru the desert in Arad we ran into a bit of a problem, as the hostel we had reservations for did not work out. Our reservation at Taborland was not for another two days and we were basically on the streets at Passover time when most rooms in Israel are occupied. In desperation I called Sarah at Taborland, knowing that all her rooms were rented out. But Sarah spend a whole evening on the phone and was able to find a room for the two of us thru her local and probably unlisted network reasonably close. She kept following up with us all evening until we checked in and were safe and sound. I don't want to be redundant in saying how clean and accommodating the place is, and how beautiful are the mountains of Galilee, and how kind and hospitable is the hostess. It's all there. But I sure wanted to mention the extra ordinary care that comes with your room at Taborland. Serge Levine
