We stayed at the Forest Lodge for Fathers Day. We were a bit tentative traveling with a 5 week old, but the layout of the rooms made each place feel like an individual bungalow. It was great having breakfast delivered each morning. The location couldn't...More
The Lamp Lighter Inn is a great little B&B close to the beaches of Carmel (2 min by foot, downhill).
The hotel is cutely arranged, the rooms are each uniquely decorated and clean, and overall, the layout of the Inn gives it a charm of...More

The Hansel & Gretel and the Bluebird cottages are for sure. I stayed in the Hansel & Gretel and it's big with a fireplace and even your own yard area, the Bluebird looked similar but a little smaller. Those two are right out front and stand alone but the others I believe are connected but it won't feel like a cluttered hotel and there are a couple separate buildings so you might only have another room on one side.
