This hotel must have the worst service at the Omni hotel chain. I am a Black Level Member (the highest at Omni Hotels) and it does not help. I have tried talking to the Loyalty Ambassador and it has been useless. Their concern and service turns around their own processes. No

Our room was at the far North end of the resort, facing the golf course. It was quite a walk, but it was quiet, roomy and comfortable. I loved sipping coffee on the patio and reading while the sun was coming up.

Terrible WiFi - I couldn’t get email for most of the time I was there. Food services for our conference was poor. Many people complained. The TV guide on the television was inaccurate. Every time I turned on a movie I wanted to see, I found out the programming was wrong. One

This resort is just ok. Nothing special. And definitely not worth the money! We went as a family and it is not kid friendly at all. They closed the only kid thing (the water slides) earlier than scheduled both days we stayed. With 3+ hours of day light left, that was a huge

We were excited about our visit to La Costa as we'd had positive experiences there in the past. Things have clearly gone downhill since our last visit a few years back. The pool is overcrowded with local La Costa members and as a hotel guest we couldn't even find a seat to spend

Honestly if you have the time and money to stay in this facility for 11 days there is so much to do! I truly recommend it. I do not work at La Costa so I do not know if the pools are open but I don't know why they wouldn't. There is a lot of transportation in that area and a lot of fun things for kids to do!!!

What levels of accommodation offer both a separate bedroom as well as a kitchenette?
The family suite had a sitting area in the king bedroom part - along with small refrigerator. No microwave. The family suite is really 2 attached rooms - one room with bath & 2 doubles, and then the other room has the living room & bedroom with king. Each area has their own bathroom with tub and shower. I think there are more expensive rooms that actually have kitchens - they are more like condos.

I am not sure, so requesting is probably smart. I do know the Plaza rooms do not have bathtubs (at least mine did not) though it had a super-nice shower with multiple showerheads.
