We went for a walk in Krabi Town and found this very nice place. We had thai food for lunch. The food is super and we loved the aircon for a change. The staff here where very kind. I varmly recommend it.
The room was very basic with little decoration and furniture but everything was in good condition. The toilet of the room was a bit small and shower made the toilet wet all the time. The music in the new market opposite finished about 9:00. At night, there was not much noise around the hotel, but one day from about 5:30, we could not sleep because a pick-up parked near the hotel to load some boxes on the street for about 30 minutes with the engine running all the time and it made it impossible to sleep any more. The breakfast was not included in the room rate and the coffee shop downstairs opens too late for breakfast and does not have any special deal for the guests of the hotel, so we had breakfast in other places around.
Accidentely came here for lunch. Very delicious ans clean food. Portions are a bit small. Prices are low. We decided to stay in the hotel, which was clean and spacefull. The only bad thing is the shower..in the middle of the bathroom. Everything was wet. You can rent bicycles for free. But 3 of the 4 bicycles they have were broken. Not maintained. Would definitely eat here again.
I booked internal 'no window' room. It was terrible, worst room I have seen in Asia. Aircon+Toilet but no any kind of external ventilation even no one hole in wall. Whole room stinky with high level of humid and mold. Something unbelievable for me how is possible to make so big construction mistake as room with AC and toilet without any ventilation. So I asked about changing the room with additional fee to higher class. Luckily they had available big room with balcony. It was ok. Not cheap compare to similar quality in other hotels in city but not bad. Hotel staff not very nice, one guy even a bit rude. Location is great, close to city transport stops (shared vans), big 'night' market and maybe 10 minutes walking to boat pier.
We didn’t stay at the hotel, rather we stumbled across the cafe when searching for somewhere to eat breakfast. The breakfast items were decently priced and we ordered an American breakfast and muesli with yogurt and fresh fruit. Both dishes came out beautifully arranged. My muesli was delicious and quite filling. I loved the assortment of fresh fruit as well. The portion of the American breakfast was certainly generous, however, my boyfriend said the flavours weren’t amazing. The service was pretty good as well, friendly staff and food was delivered in a timely manner. If I’m ever in the area again, I will stop by (maybe I’ll try one of the smoothie bowls, as I saw one pass by and it looked incredible!)
