Me and my family spread 3 nights in Alaska Inn. The best thing in the hotel is a pool. The water clean, the depth is from 40 to 160 cm. The next good thing is a breakfast, it's not something special but good enough. The rest of things are juts bad. The sauna wasn't working, child facilities were dirty and...

We stayed at the topmost floor of the hotel, and got to enjoy the view--Lebanon border. The hotel itself is old, but well kept. The room we stayed in had a balcony, so we got to enjoy breakfast with a view! The place also has a roof deck where you can enjoy a 360 degree view of nearby places. Metulla...

This has been my third time visiting Israel from Germany. Visiting friends and business partners in the northern areas of Israel, it was obvious to me that I shall go to Alaska Inn once more. Reuven the manager and his staff were as hospitable as always, my room had a beautiful view to Mt. Hermon, and fortunately I even had...

Regardless of the last minute availability, we found this hotel to be marginal at best. Clearly this hotel needs a major overhaul and update. Please see the attached photos. This hotel barely meets a two star rating and the information communicated to us was not consistent with the expectations by any stretch of the imagination. The bed linen appeared to...

The Alaska Hotel is a well known establishment in Metulla -since the village itself was founded in 1896 on top of the hill facing the Hulla vally on one side and Lebanon on the other. This is a modest hotel however the Owner and Manager does his utmost to give good service and so do the other employees .Israeli Breakfast...

I arrived in Metulla for business. Apart from the beautiful nature of the northern Israeli border, I have received outstanding hospitality from Reuven, Jerry and Kushi, at the Hotel's management. My room was very clean, and the promised breakfast was fresh, healthy and tasty. Before leaving, I managed to take a look at Lebanon and the Israel at their border...

You don't get to Metula, a lovely jem in the north, too often. So don't spoil the experience with an outdated, very low maintenance dinosaur of hotel. We had a double room and it was so small! Everything in state of disuse. Wifi stopped after one day, air conditioning aimed at you head and cant change, tv not properly adjusted,...

you know how a bad experience can turn good? I booked a place with "another company" and when I arrived...iccck...in big letters. I went into town and found The Alaska Inn, interesting just because of its name here in Metula Israel. My room is great, wonderful swimming pool the staff is all Druze and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
