Wi-fi was not working properly throughout our 8 day stay, particularity frustrating for international guests without local network coverage. Very friendly staff told me on numerous occasions that they had asked management to fix the problem but it fell on deaf ears. One of the bus drivers was generally rude (guy who wears a handkerchief around his head under a baseball cap). Did not help with loading and unloading luggage, never smiled, gave sour looks. The other driver was the exact opposite, very helpful and friendly. The location is inconvenient, you have to rely on the shuttle bus (not that regular), or local restaurants to ferry you around (not many offer this service). Taxis may as well be non-existent; the operator will tell you with glee that they're fully booked and if you do manage to get one the prices are eye watering. My recommendation... If you're travelling far to get good pow, do it properly... pay a bit more and stay in the main village, it'll be worth it overall.

Dear Patrick, Greetings from One NIseko Resort Towers. We are very grateful for the time you have taken to offer feedback on your stay. I am disappointed to hear of your less than perfect experience. We seek to make our hotel inviting to guests from all over the world and I am sorry that it was not to your liking. I am especially concern, that we couldn't fix the WIFI in your room during your stay. For next winter, we are planning to install a new WIFI system which will allow our guests to connect more than 6 appliances per room and use more bandwidth. Concerning the location, we are located in Moiwa (Niseko). And if you are planning to spend the majority of your time at Hirafu (Kutchan), you will indeed feel that our location is inconvenient, as it takes 30 minutes drive to reach this area. There is plenty of excellent restaurant who are offering pick up service around our hotel and the taxi rate to enjoy dinner in the neighbors restaurant remain affordable. I will pass this feedback along to the Maintenance Manager and our Operations Manager for their attention. I am glad the team member help you to have a stay. We hope to have the chance to impress you next time you visit. Thank you again for taking the time to give feedback on your stay. Have a great day. Kind Regards. Arnaud Devillers General Manager.

We had a great stay in one of the 1 bed room apartments. We found the rooms to be spacious, with all the basic cooking facilities. Be aware that children are expected to sleep on the floor with a very thin mattress, resulting in a 5 year old in the bed with us most nights. Room service was available, but most of the items on the menu were not. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, beware the 7am rush. We found the dinner menu uninviting, over-priced, and lacking in authentic Japanese cuisine. Most of the staff could communicate in English adequately, but on at least 2 occasions we couldn’t communicate with the staff on the front desk. Storage / lockers were ample. Disappointingly the courtesy shuttle does not link up with the Grand Hirafu snow schools timeslots (only ski school options for children in the Niseko area), resulting in a $50 AUD taxi fare each day. Thankfully the afternoon return bus was suitable. If you plan to ski at Annupuri or Mowia the courtesy bus timetable is fantastic. My wife and child enjoyed the hotel Onsen, but be prepared to pay a small charge upon ‘Check In’ even if you do not wish to utilise this facility. Be aware Onsen water ruins jewellery, apparently there were signs but I didn’t read them. The hotel offers 2 x bars, however be aware the top floor bar is a cigar bar and can get rather smelly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this establishment for the price. We will defiantly consider staying at this establishment in the future.

We traveled with 2 kids. The hotel really perfect for vacation in winter time. The room has breath taking view of Niseko also everything in there is really nice. The best part of the room for kids is doraemon cubboard. They totally love it. Breakfast is good located on 10th fl. Dinner also good with reasonable price. From the hotel you can walk to Moiwa ski resort which I didn't try, we just played snowball around the area. Onsen in the hotel is great on 3rd fl. All in all it's a lovely resort with everything beyond my need in peaceful area and spectacular view. Love it.

The resort is nice and the room with Tatami area we had was spacious and clean. it is a comfortable hotel with a lobby area and laundry facilities. The staff were sweet and helpful and overall our stay was nice. Please note this hotel is more condominiums, there is no down service or room cleaning / bed making and sheet changing unless you are staying 7 nights or more. Dishes are to be done by you. Rooms are equipped with coffee maker, kettle, pans, plates etc.... HOWEVER this hotel is NOT in Niseko it is by MOIWA and the Niseko ski pass is not usable here. This mountain has its on pass with small ski area with runs though there are gates to ski back country. The hotel puts on a shuttle service to take guests to Annupuri and Hirafu and collect them, HOWEVER it is NOT a frequent service and if you don’t make the two morning services you are buggered as Taxis are very expensive. They also only have two collection times in the evening. This made it very difficult for us. The hotel really does need to put on a more frequent service. The last service from Hirafu was at 19.40 which meant if we wanted to eat and drink we had to be back on the bus by 19.40. The local ski bus does not go to Moiwa/or the hotel. Eating out late if you don’t have a car is impossible. The hotel is away from restaurants and shops, though it has a shuttle that does one run to seven/eleven in the afternoon. It also has a very small market for quick supplies on site. We ordered room service and as non pork eaters we really struggled with the menu. Breakfast is a buffet and it’s a combination of Japanese and western, though they only provide what’s there they don’t make eggs how you would like them. There was no cheese and the toaster was a small grill that took ages to toast the bread. I don’t eat rice, soup, nuggets, noodles, salad, potato wedges for breakfast so made do with boiled eggs and toast with Jam and cereal where the choice was a berried cereal or cornflakes only. We had MAJOR WIFI problems on arrival that went on till we left. I can’t even begin to go into detail but the problem was finally resolved on our last day! We booked this hotel as the write up on the hotel specified it had super fast WiFi and this is very important to us. We work and it made this impossible, it also made it very costly for us trying to book onward trips and journeys to Osaka and Tokyo as booking them was impossible and when we finally did journey prices shot-up. We were extremely annoyed by this. A gesture of goodwill was made by management but didn’t cover the cost of what it cost us personally not to mention the inability to work. If you are looking for ski hire the hotel does have a service from the hotel next to it where they deliver and collect but if you want good latest skis and boots please head to Hirafu. The choice here was dismal and the lack of English speaking made it difficult. It’s such a shame that considering the hotel itself and its staff are nice the location and its lack of service to the other mountains sadly means we won’t stay here again.

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your kind feedback which is genuinely appreciated as we use this to review what improvements we can make to our product and service. I am delighted to note that you felt that you were looked after by our team in general very well and this is absolutely central to our service ethos. Indeed we are located in Niseko as Moiwa and Annupuri are part of Niseko. Whereas Hirafu, which you consider as Niseko, is actually located in Kutchan. However, Moiwa is not part of Niseko United. As advice, if you are planning to spend the majority of your time at Hirafu, I would recommend you to book an hotel on this ski area. We are located at 40 minutes drive by shuttle bus from Hirafu. The downside of Hirafu area, is that everything is much more expensive than Moiwa and Annupuri area including hotels. I am most concerned about your WIFI experience. I am truly sorry that we couldn't provide you a good quality WIFI during your stay with us. We are working on the WIFI improvement for all the guest rooms. Kind regards, Arnaud Devillers General Manager
