The heritage farmhouse was built by the Paro Penlop (Governor) in late 18th century and served as his residence. The farmhouse has been recently restored to its original grandeur and is equipped with amenities like traditional guest rooms traditional hot stone bath etc to let our guests experience real Bhutan.

We visited this old farmhouse to have a look and the owner's eighteen years old daughter gave us a guided tour. She explained that a wealthy owner's house would be three storey high while normal house is usually two storey high. We climbed to the third floor to see the kitchen
