The setting of this resort is very well done, very nice feel to it, lots of space, rooms are huge, however the heaters in the room are very lousy and it doesn't warm up the room during winter. Room service is everyday and they do a good job. Food are great, there's a hot spa at the entrance of the...

Unfortunately this resort did not live up to what many had reported previously. The room I was in initially had inadequate heating which was eventually fixed however windows did not close properly which did not help with the cold. Initial heater in the room was not large enough and was incredibly noisy. Unable to phone front desk as mobile phone...

We didn't stay our overnight but I heard from other group about their food especially their soul and desserts. I m soup person and then dessert so I took my tour group there for dinner. It's true their food taste delicious and something new from rest of the local restaurants. I like their pies and fresh baked cakes.

Let's talk about the hotel surrounds. Because it's tucked up on the hill, the van had to go through unpaved narrow roads but that's ok. You get to see the village houses. You get the feel like you're one of them and not out in some fancy resort property. The hotel featured 2-story dwellings sprawled across the estate. We had...

Upon arriving at Bhutan and having planned the entire trip ourselves we had split our 7 days stay in Bhutan into 2 parts i.e. 3 nights in Thimpu and 3 nights in Paro. First half of our trip was in Thimpu and it was an amazing experience with the stay and interacting with the locals. The second half of the...

We stayed here for three nights, again after along drive. Our room was big and clean, though a little scruffy in places. We were given an electric blanket which was very welcome as it was -4 outside. On two nights we ate at the restaurant buffet, which was varied and excellent. We even ate come cakes. We also had the...

The room is spacious and the resort itself is cosy, the road to there is not so nice and it is a little bit far from Paro center. I recommend it as a place to chill and relax, but if you want to walk around it is not an option.

We stayed here for a night. The rooms are gorgeous and the service is impeccable. Their spa treatments are good too. Although it is slightly off the main shopping street in paro, you will not mind the distance. We only had the breakfast, and they really did a great job since we asked them for quite an early breakfast.
