We stayed at the Campbell Inn for one night and were pleasantly surprised. The price was $112 for two queen-size beds, and we were upstairs almost above the breakfast dining room. Inspite of the fact that it was next to a busy freeway (HIghway 17), it was very quiet. The beds were wonderful, and the room was quite roomy. There... More

Filthy swimming pool, my room shared a door with next room, I could hear everything people from next room said. I changed a room and found whole bunch of bees flying in it. I tried to cancel my booking through expedia.com but the hotel people tole expedia the swimming pool water was very clean and there were people swimming in... More

This hotel has some things going for it. Despite being right on a freeway they don't have a noise problem; but to solve that, the rooms all face one way... which doesn't get any natural air circulation, so our room was very, very stuffy. Our king room had a giant jacuzzi tub, jets and all, which was totally unexpected for... More

The place is just not well maintained, looks nice from the outside but the drapes and carpet were dirty. The furniture is chipped and not maintained. The hot and cold water are miss piped in the tub, and light streams through the poor alignment of the door.

Staff was pleasant during check in and check out. The carpet in the room was dirty and felt sticky after walking on them. They really should consider offering room slippers if no refurbishment is planned soon. Sound proofing of the rooms are very poor and you could hear your neighbors and the freeway pretty loudly.

Very old motel, yes this looks more like a motel not a family oriented hotel. Everything is old, even the television is a tube tv, cable (channel lineup) is very limited. not very clean carpets and it is very noisy at night. Do not have a laundry service.

Staff was pleasant enough, and we appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, but we're probably not going to be staying here again--even though we do plan to come to the San Jose area once or twice a year. We'll be looking for a place that has cleaner carpeting and some furnishings that look like they were added... More

I would like to talk about the visit I had this Thanksgiving. My sister made reservations for a room for 11/22 to 11/23. She told them that she was handicapped and she needed a room on the bottom floor so it would be easy for her to get to from the parking lot. When we got there they gave her... More

It is not very often that I try a hotel that is not a chain an I am pleased with what I get. The staff at this facility is what really made my short stay pleasant. My reservation was made for the wrong date and still the staff did what they could to make sure that I had a room... More

I was in the area visiting family, and they recommended the Campbell Inn. It was a reasonable hotel and was significantly cheaper than the other hotels nearby. The decor was a bit odd, and I had to laugh at the faux-Greek statues in the breakfast room right next to the cheap, silver trashcan. The furniture in my room had definitely... More
