We stayed in one of the suites here with an in room fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The 3-night deal was a relative steal and while there is plenty to do in and around Cambria you never really need to leave the hotel.

This is the first time my husband and I stayed at El Colibri, and we were not disappointed. The room (suite) was huge, and comfortable. Loved how bright and airy the room was. The bathroom was nice, but a bit dark, as there were no windows and the lighting was dim. I got great sleep on the king sized bed,... More

First off I must say that I was blown away from the moment we walked in. Front desk staff was great. We were very impressed with the service from the manager Alexandra, she greeted us with a friendly smile an provided us with outstanding customer service. Room was great! We did it all, dined with lots of wine and enjoyed... More

Checked in tonight and the front desk staff was so incredibly unhelpful. Hours went by with no linens when requested. We finally went down and waited at the desk to get them ourselves. The room is very small. Sadly not a big fan of this place at this point. We never felt welcome.

Having wrapped up a 12 night visit to the California coast (SF to LA) I will say that this was the most anticipated night of my trip (of the 5 hotels stayed in). Unfortunately perhaps my expectations were a bit high in terms of location (I knew it was not close to the beach but did not expect to see... More

I would never stay at this hotel again unless some changes were made. Slack service as stated in another comment. If it wasn't for Kelsy we would have stayed in a hot loud room with a broken A/C unit. Steam Room-broken. Spa-dirty. Doors slam all day and night. Location is not worth the price. Carpeting is filthy. Breakfast is horrible... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way down the southern California coast. The hotel is smaller than it appears in photos, and is right off Highway 1. This is not a problem as the highway is not overly crowded in this is a sleepy town. It is just a quick walk to gorgeous Moonstone Beach. Our... More

We recently stayed 2 nights on our travel from LA to San Fran along the PCH. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel manager, Vivian was extremely helpful. This hotel is ideal if you are traveling the PCH. It is almost in the middle between LA and Dan Fran. Perfect!
