We chose this place after searching so many reviews of where to stay in Calistoga, and we are so glad we did! We rented 2 rooms, one king, and one queen. Both were charming, clean and comfortable. The owner went out of his way to help us and the pool was amazing as well! We will be back!

New owners, clean, tastefully decorated and walking distance to shops and restaurants. You need to plan ahead to get the larger rooms, but well worth the effort. Very generous continental breakfast included. The biggest advantage is Calistoga's central location to both Napa and Sonoma wine tasting. Once back at the hotel, you're entire party can enjoy dinner without worrying about...

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It is small and intimate which is perfect for us. The classic rooms are small but very nicely decorated and clean. The deluxe rooms are larger if that is important to you. Fireplaces in the rooms are lovely and romantic. The location is great for winery hopping. Morning continental breakfast includes...

The location of this Motel (this is definitely not a hotel) is right at the side of the main highway. The rooms are small 'cabin/bungalow' interlinked type and you can hear absolutely everything that your neighbours might or might not be doing! The room had a carpet that could have been cleaner and although the place didn't look old it...

This was a great room, with fireplace and jacuzzi bath and private balcony. Very tasty and attractive continental breakfast including gourmet granola, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and English muffins.

The rooms were lovely at the Bergson and cosy in the winter months. The location is also very good in Calistoga. We found the service to be so underwhelming and quite weird. The staff didn't offer a warm welcome when we arrived after a 4 hour drive in the rain from San Fran and instead just put "terms and conditions"...

... For goodness sake, wake up to wifi in the 21st century! It was considered normal, in the late 90's to early 2000s, to have to re-register into a wifi network. It was a considered antiquated but tolerable to do so in 2010. Welcome to 2017 (next week) where no one who travels in the first world ever thinks about...

This was our second trip to Napa and we decided to stay north of the main drag for better pricing and access to hiking. We were so happy we found The Bergson. We traveled in early December and the rate was phenomenal for what you got. The room had a small fireplace and was very cozy. There was a little...

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks in August because of work in the area. Everything was very well kept and the personal was very kind and helping both at the front desk and the ladies in house keeping! The breakfast was fairly small much because the space, but there was still enough things to choose from!

Headed out for a quick weekend in wine country. The Bergson was quite reasonable in price, the room was on the smaller side but perfect for a couple in town to taste wine. The breakfast was fine. It was very quiet, and within a quick walk of a dozen tasting rooms and most restaurants in town. We would stay again.
