This is a lovely, quiet, and spotlessly clean, small cottage inn. The rooms are modern with nice digital feature touches. Nicole, the manager, is extremely helpful. Highly recommend for a stay in Calistoga, near nice wineries and peaceful nature.

We reserved rooms for our Board of Directors at Brannan recently and cannot overstate the wonderful service we received from the staff there. We had several last-minute requests which were handled with style and grace. Nicole Browne and Nicole Stenger are gems! The rooms are beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Our Board was very happy with their accommodations and raved about the heated toilet seats, ha! We will be back!

This was our first time staying at the Brannan Cottage Inn and we will definitely be back! Their attention to detail was over the top and everyone was so friendly! Their rooms were very cozy and had very nice additions in case you forgot something. Nicole & Nichole were very attentive as well and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure things were ok. I can’t wait to return over the summer!!

From the minute we pulled up to the Brannan Cottage Inn, I was impressed. This is a beautiful hotel located right off of Lincoln, next to the downtown. Pretty much everything is within walking distance, including most of the day spas and great restaurants. If you don't want to walk, the hotel has bikes that you can use to cruise around town. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The only FYI that I have is, it says that breakfast is included. Which it is, but you get vouchers and you can use that to buy something at their café. You don't get a full sit down or buffet style breakfast with your stay. So if you are super hungry, you might want to get something in town. I have to say, what I got at their café, did keep me going until dinner that evening. I totally recommend the BCI and can't wait to return.…

Stayed here for my friends birthday, and the entire experience was amazing! Nichole has the best customer service, hands down!! it’s a small property, but very clean and we found great parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. we had one of the fireplace rooms which was so charming. The bed and pillows were great. The room had a mini fridge and wines and snacks available for purchase in the room. The bathrooms had heated floors and toilet seats. 🤣 They also had robes if I’m not mistaken. They also give you vouchers for breakfast that I understand is amazing. Anyway, it was such a great experience that we’re going back in a few weeks. I highly recommend Brannan cottages. 🥰😀

Excellent stay! They were very accommodating before and throughout our stay. Everything is keyless so our late arrival was a non issue. Then breakfast on-site was a real treat each morning and everything you need or want to do is nearby. Room was clean and perfect size for us two. Warmer months I’m sure the outdoor area is fantastic too. We look forward to staying here again next time we’re in the area! Highly recommend!

What a lovely property! Historical buildings with modern conveniences, in a perfect location. Walkable to restaurants, cute shops, boutique gyms and yoga studios, art galleries, and wine tasting rooms. The service before and after check in was great—from the customized local recommendations to easy self check In instructions. We would recommend this romantic getaway!

The cottages are perfect. They must have recently remodeled them because the amenities are great, the bathroom floors are heated, and the appliances are new! Would highly recommend for any couples looking for a great place to stay.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn’t wait to write this one! My husband and I stayed at the Brannan Cottage Inn for a wedding weekend in October and we absolutely LOVED it!! We’re big travelers but had never been to Calistoga before and had no idea where to stay, and usually prefer to stay in larger, more resort-like hotels. But when we read the rave reviews for the Brannan Cottage Inn we decided to give it a try and couldn’t have been more ecstatic with our choice! Believe the reviews! They’re absolutely right! Every single detail was impeccable, from the beautiful historical cottages, to the well-designed, gorgeous (and fabulously clean) rooms—with no detail overlooked (they even have a flat iron in the bathroom!), to the perfect café and location, to the amazingly wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. Before we arrived I was in close contact with Courtney and the two Nicoles :) and they were all so fabulous to work with and easy to reach. They always responded immediately to my questions and needs and were just as wonderful in person! And the location is perfect…you can walk everywhere in town in 5 minutes…and it’s centrally located to all the wineries and tourist attractions! I cannot say enough good things about the Brannan Cottage Inn, and wanted to post this review so if anyone else is new to the area and grappling with finding the best (and affordable!) place to stay…look no further!
