After gambling for nearly 6 continuos hours, we decided to have dinner at the Good Times Cafe, it was about 10pm, my favority spot at the Restaurant had an empty table for abot 30 minutes or so, I was watching it while I was playing slots, I urged my family to cash out and head to the Restaurant registration where a host and a hostess were controling the sitting, i greet them and asked if the empty table located on my favorite spot was reserved and that we were a hungry party of four, the host looked at us and reply that that spwcific table and many others available need a sanitation first and that It will take about 30 minutes or more for us to get a table, we were asked to go back and check on them in 30 minutes or so, It was a slowly night with plenty of empty tables so I insisted and explained to the Host that I was a black card member and that there were many tables available for us to sit down and enjoy dinner, (the hostess never moved her lips she was only looking at us) the host responded that they have rules to follow and that there was not any tables available at that point, I was asked again to check back with them again in 30 minutes, we understood that the host was in a mission to not accomodate us or let us eat at his Restaurant, without saying a word we just turned around and walked away, my sister and her husband headed to the food court and my wife and myself decided not to eat anything and continue gambling, I was about to sit down and and insert my thicket into the slot machine when I saw a single White male stopped by the Restaurant registration and in just a matter of seconds he was sitting on a table looking at the menue, my wife noticed to, then minutes later a party of six white young guys stopped at the Rrstaurant des registration and they were sit right on the spot,I had enought and cashed out and directed straight where the two host and hostess where standing at the entrance of the Restaurant and asked nicely to speak with the Supervisor or the Manager, I did not tell him about the other people that was sit after the host refused to provide us with a table, I just told him about the 30 min waiting time to have an available table, he offered us a table immediately, I felt really bad about this whole situation and after thinking about it for many days I decided to at least write a review about the way some people do not like or tolerate other races, I did not say anything to my wife but I was not feeling well about what I was just gone thru by a couple of employees, my food tasted as cardboard It was the worst experience of my life, and It happened right there at casino morongo the place that gladly receives my money for some entertainment.

It's one thing to not allow children in the casino. What kind of place doesn't allow children to stay as guests though? Especially when you book the room online and select 2 adults and 1 child, then to be turned away at the door because you have a baby with you. It's one of those "Are you kidding?" type situations. Since it's the ONLY place you can stay in Cabazon it's especially bad. As a parent what are you supposed to do? They blamed this on covid-19, then told me make sure I call any other hotel to make sure they're accepting children which is such a joke, like anyone else at all is doing this. It wasn't my loss though, it was theirs since we were there filming a special on Cabazon for Youtube and including all of it's attractions. Well the Morongo won't be in the Cabazon special now, nor will I ever go back to such a crappy place that discriminates against children.

Drove 2 hrs one way to get there. No rewards for new players. Slots are extremely tight. Employees send you all over the place as they don't know where things are and don't want to help you. We will never every go back.

This used to be my favorite southern California hotel. When I stayed last summer, I found that they had changed their coffee shop (which had endless choices) to a limited-choice, upscale wanna-be (a side dish with my fish and chips was a pile of inedible, bitter greenery). They had also changed their bakery into a larger establishment with less choices for dessert. This year, I have discovered that children are not allowed on the property at all. Amazingly, they are banned as hotel guests, instead of ending day passes where one adult would bring the neighborhood kids for the day. Morongo, you have made changes; and not for the better.

I checked into the hotel on Friday evening and by Saturday at 3:30pm I decided to just drive back home. Since there are new restrictions due to COVID, you can expect some inconvenience, not a problem. This place takes it to a whole new level. Staying as a guest; it is never a good idea to make us feel like we’re in prison. Everywhere you look, there are police, every door is guarded, there are no options for food other than a few they offer. I’ve been to this place and know they can offer a great experience. But they failed this time, and as a post COVID customer, I will never come back.
