This is our top choice hotel when we are traveling between AZ and CA. It is right off I-10 and a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated with many nice extras. The bathroom is huge and has nice toiletries. There is security preventing anyone but guests getting on the guest room elevators. Free valet parking, pools, excellent restaurants, and friendly staff are the other reasons we love this hotel. Finally, join their rewards program and you get 10% off you purchases while you stay.
I've seen the TV ad for this casino and they say this is the safest casino. Well, I was at this casino last weekend and is not the safest as they state on their TV ad, they do not clean their slot machines, they never did before because I was there months ago and I never saw any of their employees disinfecting or cleaning, they dont provide disinfecting wipes, not now not months ago, just a few hand sanitizer stations for such a huge place. So again, not the safest casino, and with the covid virus resurge, they need to start doing something to really protect their guests.
The experience felt like I was in Las Vegas, but with less congestion and traffic. The lazy river and pool is a great attraction, and recommend renting the cabanas that offer shade, breeze, and cool mist every 5 minutes. The cabana openings face the lazy river so it's easy to dive right in. If you want to relax in the cabana there is a large screen television along with a mini fridge stocked with waters and bottled soft drinks. The food was okay, and service was longer than expected due to capacity and not enough employees. The casino is large, very clean and organized, and staff members were constantly wiping down machines, sanitizing, etc. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and very well prepped upon entering in as the AC was on and had cooled the room down, and your name appeared on the large screen television. Wifi was amazing at the time and no lag. The bathroom amenities are your basic shampoo, conditioner, etc, and nothing extra or fancy, but the actual shower head is amazing and relaxing. I didn't have to wait for hot water, and the pressure is just right. Our view faced the mountains, and really gave the aesthetic of a sunset. Aside from the Casino there are other options to shop at the outlet mall nearby or even bowling at the on site bowling lane. The Pink Coffee is open 24 hours and offers different types of drinks and pastries. Their cheese danish is the size of a sofa pillow!!!…
My husband and I have stayed here several times during the last year, only because their pool and lazy river are the best. The hotel is currently 18+ only which is amazing because this means a pool without kids swimming around/under you when you are trying to relax. Though I would love to bring my nephew and niece, it’s nice to have a true adult playground. Yes it’s been and has been BYO floaty since the pandemic, but just plan ahead. Also they are strict on alcohol, as long as it’s not obvious (don’t carry a case in) they won’t trip (they won’t go through your cooler or anything). The casino floor is fun, there’s live entertainment and my parents (boomers) had a blast. Excited for our upcoming stay in august with friends. This is hands down the best resort with a lazy river (better than mandalay), super chill and a short drive from LA.…
First off don't bring outside alcohol on to the property that is visible. We learned the hard way when we walked up with a case of truly and the rent a cop (armed security) told us we couldn't bring it on the property. I said we are guest and he became very confrontational. No where does it say you can't bring alcohol onto the property or to your room. We took it to our car and came back in and he got more confrontational and wouldn't let us speak very bad image for the casino so I asked for his supervisor, explained the situation felt as if he wasn't going to do anything. So we left it at that. We had rented a cabana at the pool and mid afternoon the COO Rich came by I explained the situation and said he'd comp our cabana ($150) and would talk to the security guards boss. The rooms are nice but showers have frosted windows facing bed that you can see a silhouette. Not worth $650 for 2 nights. Saturday night couldn't even find an open slot because it was so packed.…
