This casino used to share the huge amounts of money they get with their guests, it used to be fun but not any more. To be specific I bet $10 in a $1 machine, I hit the games and I got paid only $2. Then I bet $2.25 in a $ 0.01 cent machine, got 48 games and it only paid $60. They should be ashamed for being so greedy !!! This is not only my opinion I spoke to several people and all of them had the same bad experience. This is the third time I'm here and same thing, we are not coming back !!! I hope you learn from our experience

Stayed here on a quick stop thru PS - went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised! Casino aside the resort side of the hotel is excellent. Observations: Front desk - not a great first impression as they were quite curt (summary from all 3 checkin's as part of our group). Not super helpful at all when asking questions re: location of services etc. Valet - excellent. Also brought our bags up and were amazing - unloaded a ton of stuff (again large group) and told us about the restaurants, pool, etc. Helpful, friendly and 5* Housekeeping - just an FYI as we didn't realize it was not provided. Only done after check out. That said super helpful and quick to deliver towels etc to the room Room - really spacious!!! Huge window sill area for suitcases, large walkway between beds and spacious walk in shower. Beds were firm and pillows OK (hard to rate as it was mixed reviews in our group). Pool - good! Cabanas to rent, lazy river (not-so-lazy as it is fast moving!) Drink and food service available - service was a bit slow but you can go to the bar and order or pick up a free bucket of bottled water anytime. Pool was chill on weekdays, noticeable shift of energy on the weekends. Just FYI for those looking for quiet family getaway - weekends might not be the time. Food - options were plentiful and impressive. The coffee shop has an impressive array of baking/desserts/coffee. Good Times cafe is impressive - huge portions and excellent food. Also Wahlburgers - always good! Overall we were impressed - nice resort!! Would stay again! Note: there seem to be 2 Morongo's on Trip Advisor, just FYI for those looking for all reviews. …

Racist! Thieves. I’ve never experienced such poor security level! I couldn’t even stay a night, I was too scared for my safety! Someone stole my phone, which I saw who it was, and according to security they couldn’t pull up surveillance! They were so unhelpful! I am filing a formal complaint.

The staff and services offered are wonderful. There are many perks that the resort hands out to make the guests feel comfortable and appreciated. This is the place to stay and play. We especially loved the Good Times Cafe and the Pink Coffee Bar.

Visited the casino only. Lots of bars , lunge restaurant and live music. Very fun and uplifting atmosphere. Free parking garage, 2 stories of slot machines and card games and roulette. Bands and DJ one can dance to

If you want to pay a high room rates + a $45 resort fee for a so so room and you enjoy cleaning your room, taking the trash out and having to beg for towels etc. Stay here if not go somewhere else.

One of my Favorite Places! Melissa is my Host. She’s a very nice young lady. Some of the Greatest Restaurants. Asian American Mexican and the Famous Market Place. Swimming Concerts etc. The Hotel is very clean and sanitized. It has a Gym and all the amenities. Wide Screen TV’s to watch your favorite Sports. You can Thank me later.

My wife and I went to the Morongo Casino in Cabazon, CA, and went to the New Ruffled Feathers Chicken Sandwiches place in the multiple restaurant's Food section on the first floor of the Casino. We met Ruffled Feathers workers Dartanyun and Alanna who took our orders and did a great job getting the sandwiches ready for us. The Ruffled Feathers menu is very small as they work hard to do only a few different Chicken Sandwiches. My wife had The Mello Chick Combo sandwich with Waffle Cut Fries and a Medium Drink. I had the Hot Chick Sandwich which had a delicious little spicy sauce. Both Chicken Sandwiches were very tasty and were very good. Both sauces they used were delicious. And they give you tons of Waffle Cut Fries which were also yummy. It's only fries, a sandwich, and some waffle fries, but it will fill you up ! We will definitely go back to this new Ruffled Feathers Chicken Sandwiches restaurant the next time we go to Morongo Casino.…

Hi roof Mercedes Sprinter will not fit in the self park. Do not go there. Itll be a hard reverse. Parking lot east of the casino is nice but 170 length Sprinter is too long and may need to be angle park

My friends and I stopped by this casino to enjoy the concert and some gaming. I went to pechanga casino and they have free EV charging for everyone. I spend a lot of money there so at least give free charging for the guest. I guess I’ll take my gambling back to pechanga casino.
