Fast courteous check in from friendly masked professionals, incredible views of the water and a perfect location! You couldn’t hear the planes at all from the room; the doors were sealed with a sanitized date and time sticker and the room and bathroom was spectacularly clean!
This was my first time at this property and certainly not the last. I just found my new favorite hotel! The staff that works at this property are all wonderful, from the attentive AM servers to the sweet Housekeeping Team! My stay was welcomed with amazing energy by Phillip & Mrs D Junga at the Front Desk and it just continued throughout my entire stay with the team! The General Manager JD Smith was hospitable and certainly one of a kind! This property is very lucky to have him. It was a pleasure, I will be back! Kindly, Diana
This stay was during the COVID crisis of 2019/20. They put us on Hilton Honors floor (7th) for HH members. Bottled water was not in our room and was not offered at check-in. We had to go back down to the front desk to ask for them. Self-Parking fee was waived/not charged. Dining facility was closed due to COVID but they offered a continental breakfast in a to-go bag for the HHonors guests as an alternative. While not the best, I was definitely impressed by the overall organization and experience of the stay. Only downside for the family (at least for ours) is that they appear to offer only double beds (not queen size.) Maybe that’s so because they cater to business travelers. If you’re the tall/big sort and share the bed with significant other, it may be a bit crowded. Plenty of USB charging ports around the bed and nightstands. When I accidentally went down to lobby without the mask on, front desk offered a mask for free and that was very thoughtful. Everyone at the hotel was wearing a mask. Overall, we had a good stay and found the hotel clean/well-run, especially during these challenging times.…
I was traveling for work in the Bay Area, the staff at the front desk and the doorman were very friendly, they give clear instruction about the walking trail. The room was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable.
Upon my rival to this hotel at approximately 4pm on April 28th 2020, I requested both online and at the front desk for a upgrade to a suite or board room type of room. I informed them that I was a Hilton Life Time Diamond member. They told me they could not give me any type of upgrades at all at this facility. Note that this facility is practically empty due to the pandemic!!! Very very very disappointed with this property!
