Picked this hotel because it was close to airport and had a shuttle service between the airport and hotel. Thankfully we were only staying for 10 hours. Just long enough to sleep, shower, and catch another flight out of SFO. This hotel looks nice from the lobby but the rooms are definitely ran down and old. Nothing special.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is very close to the airport and the suite we were given (Pt. Reyes suite) was spacious and well outfitted. It took only 12 minutes to get to the airport on the hotel shuttle.

Staff was rude to my entire family I booked 3 rooms and they were extremely rude and I spent time on the phone with Hilton Honors and thought I got it resolved and it wasn’t resolved they made things extremely difficult for us while we were supposed to be on a family vacation I have been a member for years snd never been treated so poorly I will reconsider where I stay for future trips

Decent Airport Hilton Property. Currently under renovation. We'll trained front desk staff! Rooms are clean and decently appointed. Hotel shuttle runs frequently and driver's are extremely organized, informative, and professional! This hotel is close to San Francisco INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

We came as school group, there were more than 150 of us that occupy 2 of the hotel floors. First night after we checked-in we left for dinner, but came back to find 1 of the rooms were broken into. Laptops and IPads were taken and room was ransacked. To our surprise, no camera anywhere on the floor. Front desk manager wasn't sympathetic and offered no help and told us to call the police on our own. Police showed up in 5 mins and took our report. So BEWARE if you choose to stay here! We were very on guard after that and it was only our first night. Second issues, some rooms had maintenance issues and some rooms were not supplied with enough towels. The hotel can do better with this. Third issues, the ice and water room on the 3rd floor were flooded the whole time we were there. The ice and water dispensers were plugged onto the wall that were quite low to the floor. It's a hazard. The only pleasant thing about this stay was the breakfast arrangements they provided for us at one of the conference rooms. …

Unbelievable Fees for everything! Airport Shuttle - $5/person one-way Check in Before 3pm? - $50 Late-Checkout? - $50 Parking? -$40 Diamond Member here, and of course they wanted all the fees still. Most ridiculous are the Airport Shuttle and Parking. $40/day for a open-air parking lot, non-secured. I can park cheaper at SFO Airport, in a Secured Covered Garage right at the Terminal for $36/day. Not to mention Long-Term Parking at SFO is just $21/day. What is a Airport Hotel without a Airport Shuttle?! These SFO Hotels are getting ridiculous with their surcharges.

This hotel great from the staff to the food great location. It is going through a renovation which is not at all an inconvenience to the guest. Looking forward to the completed process. oh, one of the cleanest Hilton hotel I have ever been to.

This hotel is close to the airport which is nice. The check-in process took a bit and then my keys didn’t work at the parking gate which was annoying. The rooms was fine. A little long on the tooth but ok. The walking path nearby is nice. The view from my room was ok.

This hotel is old, outdated, and not clean. Our room was filthy. There was an unknown yellow/orange substance splattered all over the bottom of the door in the bathroom with hairs stuck to it, as well as hairs in the bathtub. Was not thanked or even acknowledged for being a Diamond member up on checking. The walls are paper thin in the rooms. We could hear an entire conversation of the people in the room next to us drag on for hours each day. At breakfast, after being seated by a host, presenting our breakfast vouchers we had, ordering waters with our server, then proceeding to the buffet, an older gentleman who worked there chased my mother down and began saying “mam this buffet is $30!” I intervened and explained we had already been seated and presented our vouchers to the server. Our server saw the interaction and began yelling at the other server “I got them, I already got them.” I observed this happening with others, as well, as this buffet police chased people down or continually went to tables who had already been seated and began explaining the buffet was $30. It was such a stressful dining experience we chose not to eat in the restaurant the remainder of our stay, even despite having free vouchers. Upon check out, the lady working was on her phone, eventually saw I was standing there, I walked up, and she said “yeah.” That was it, “yeah,” no hello, how can I help you, how are you? When we arrived we were met by a very indifferent receptionist. We had book in on line but this system was down. She mumbled through the various options including paying $35 to park the car over night. Except we got charged twice and only noticed when we got the receipt. Again checked on line due to the receptionists talking with each other. Just about to board a flight back to London. I phoned twice only to have to wait for the front desk. They did not answer but the main switchboard member of staff was very helpful. Hopefully I have my refund back on my credit card. Not seen it yet!! Room was nice and a great location for the airport but be aware of the car park charge of $35 and $30 each for breakfast!! Very disappointed with this Double Tree by Hilton, being a Hilton Honors member stay somewhere else.…
