Restaurant service is terrible. Waiter just walked around not paying attention. Wasn't busy, my glass was empty forever, took almost 90 min to eat a meal and checkout. All while incredibly loud construction noises were going on. Gift shop closes at 4pm, because you know, nobody checks in after 4pm. I usually hit the gift shop for a protein drink/snacks. What they had while it was closed was a terrible offering of only high sugar, alcohol and energy drinks. AC was below average at best. Plenty of other offerings in the area, go there.
This hotel is not as close to the airport as you would think. The shuttle ride is pretty long, and the app to track the shuttle was not working on the website. Check in and out on the app was nice and easy, and I love having the key on my phone. The room provided 2 bottles of water, but they were $4.00 each. I think that's really cheap - the least they could do for the price is give the guests two free bottles of water. The shower curtain was moldy, which was gross, and the lamp that lights the room didn't work (along with the phone charger). The hotel store closed at 4:00, which was also inconvenient. There is nothing close nearby, so it would have been nice to have access to the store for sundries or other necessities. Finally, the pool entryway sensor didn't work, so we had to call security to let us in. I just felt that this hotel was a lot of money without the quality we expected.…
I stayed here for 3 days as a business trip. The hotel was nicely situated in a good location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gym was nicely furnished, and I really enjoyed using it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.
We missed a connection at the airport and United put us up here for two nights. A great hotel that has a free shuttle to the airport and is also well served by bus and train connections (train station is a 5 - 10 min walk) to the local area and into San Francisco.
This hotel treated us great and the shuttle was convenient. We loved the location close to the airport. The food was really good. The staff was very helpful. We will come here again when we fly into SFO.
I would defiantly stay here again. In the future, ill be booking at Hyatt Regency's if they are available in the area. This hotel is very clean. You cannot beat the price per room for how nice this hotel is.
The hotel is ok but not more. If I had to rate the room only it is 4 points. The breakfast gets 2 points only. It is simply not good. Checking and service in general is 3-4 points only. I had to walk to my room with the luggage 4 times since the keys did not work. I prefer not to stay there again and hotel go to the Marriott Waterfront or the Grand Hyatt inside the SF airport.
This hotel suffers from the issues that are common. Bad food, dirty carpet, beds that have a dip, not enough hot water, showers that don't have decent water pressure, sheets full of laundry detergent, freeway noise, noisy air conditioner, and dust. Nothing was super horrible or intolerable. The pros were great coffee, black out curtains that really work, easy freeway access, easy self parking and a very lovely staff.
This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my experience was so great, room was very clean, friendly staff, the cleanliness was good in the entire hotel, elevators working properly and clean, I really recommend this place to Anyone, traveling mm
This hotel's mission is to make guests comfortable and provide strictly enforced quiet time between 9:00 p.m to 7a.m. Something I have not experienced in other major hotels. The hotel has 4 or 5 elevators so you won't wait long and it is very convenient to the airport and with Free Shuttle too. The rooms are very clean and the amenities are nice to have. I recommend it to travelers and will stay here again.
