United really screwed up our flights so they put us up here since we missed our connection. It’s a nice hotel with a cool setup when you walk in, nice staff, comfy bed. I really wanted a bathtub to give my baby my bath and they assured me on the phone there was one and even sent us to two different rooms (at midnight after an exhausting day of traveling with an infant) and both times we had to come back down because there was no bath. We gave up after the second attempt and settled for r shower. They should really have those properly labeled for the front desk staff. Also I would expect an airport hotel to have blackout curtains and complimentary water and coffee for jet lagged travelers but nope. We could also hear traffic so ask for a room not on that side. I might stay here again but also might give the closer and bigger grand Hyatt a chance

Close to the airport, offering a complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport, the staff was friendly and the hotel noticeably clean. Room was very clean with staff throughout the hotel always cleaning. Room was wonderful. Being a shower fan, it was wonderful. Great pressure and as well, very clean. Linens were very nice and climate control was spot on. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting to stay close to airport.

We will def be staying here again. We were greeted by Walter. He checked us in and made sure everything was updated as there was an issue when I booked through a third party website. This is what I call customer service

Was on a family trip across the Bay Area with 3 young kids in tow. Decided that the last night we'd stay in a hotel by the airport since we had a 6am flight so we'd be able to return the rental car early and take a shuttle to our terminal. Woke my family up to catch the 4:35am shuttle from this hotel to SFO. Was waiting at 4:20am to make sure we didn't miss it. At 4:40am the shuttle shows up completely packed. It goes to the Marriott first and the Hyatt Regency second. Awesome. So no room for my family and our luggage, car seats etc. Immediately started trying to find an uber XL but none of the ones I could find were big enough accommodate our family. At that point I went in to see if the front desk had a house car service they could call and was informed that they did not and that the airport shuttle was just provided as a courtesy. The man working the front desk also acted surprised that the shuttle was full and said he could call me an uber, but didn't seem to understand I'd already tried that and none were big enough to handle 5 people and a lot of luggage. Frustrated I go outside to start coordinating multiple Ubers with my wife. I then see a van taxi waiting outside the hotel. Sure enough he's available and always waiting there in the early morning because the shuttle is always full. (so yeah guy at the front desk was lying through his teeth when he acted surprised). Its mind blowing to me that the airport shuttle for an airport hotel is so consistently full that taxi drivers are banking on it every morning. People stay at an airport hotel to simplify their travels and there's an expectation that they provide reliable transport to the airport. Not doing so is failing at your one reason for existence. Not a good business strategy IMO. My advice to other travels: If you want to reliably get to the airport from an airport hotel stay some where else. I have more choice words for whoever in management can't get it together to provide reliable shuttle service, but I'll spare everyone else from reading them.

Hotel was fine but it is not the hotel that is actually at the airport. This hotel is a 10-15 minute drive away on a shuttle that comes only every 30 minutes and is full. If you want to stay AT the airport, the only hotel is the Grand Hyatt SFO.
