We stayed at this Hotel because it’s near SFO . The great part of this hotel is it offers long time parking and shuttle to and from the airport. We needed to catch an early morning flight. Living about an hour and half from SFO..Didn’t want to wake up the kids very early and be in a rush..Beds were comfortable and clean room.. Andrew from the front desk was very helpful.
Amazing hotel and amazing customer service by Michael at the front desk. He gave the Life Time Diamond treatment to this Lifetime Diamond member. He was the primary reason I selected this hotel again and brought a colleague. Thanks for your extreme professionalism and customer service Michael.
Stayed here for 1 night since we had a quick round trip out of SFO. The hotel was nice and was clean. We stayed here since we had an early flight out of SFO and did the package where we can leave our car here as opposed to parking at the airport and paying much more. We were able to catch their complimentary shuttle for our early flight and was able to catch the shuttle on our return to SFO.
The hotel is quiet, clean and very close to SFO. They also have a shuttle to the airport, which begins at 4:00am. This is very convenient if you have an early morning flight. The staff are very professional and helpful.
I am a Lifetime Diamond, have been to countless Hilton properties and just completed an extended stay (10-day) at this property (my first at this property). It is conveniently located near SFO and downtown Burlingame (across the freeway) and is steps away from the San Francisco Bay. Evening sunset walks bayside on the Bay Trail and around the lagoon adjacent to the property were a big plus, very relaxing and beautiful, with views of the City. The staff (especially Andrew at the Front Desk, May in the dining room, the entire Executive Lounge team and the housekeeping team on the 15th floor ) were terrific - flexible, friendly and accommodating in A+ Hilton style. Panoramic views from my room were terrific (high floor rooms with a view facing north are (I believe) best. Internet service was fast and reliable. The TV was basic and the selection of channels was more limited than at other Hilton properties, but both were sufficient. Overall, especially given that the stay was during high anxiety and uncertain and evolving COVID-19 scenarios in the Bay Area, I give high praise and marks to management and staff for a job well done and a stay well-enjoyed.
