All staff I interacted with were very accommodative and genuinely wanted to provide assistance. Upong checking out my stay and arrived at SFO, I found out my Apple watch was left in my room but I didn't have time to go back and retrieve it. I called front desk and was told someone from housekeeping will contact me soon. I boarded my flight and 1hour later landed at SoCal. Upon turning on my phone, there is already a voice mail from Jimmy informing me they have found my watch. A quick call with Jimmy confirmed how I wanted my watch shipped back to me. And a few days later, I reunited with my watch. The package was very well packed to protect the content. I'm very thankful for the excellent service I received to deal with the mistake I made by myself. Highly recommend this hotel.
Exceptional experience. The entire staff were friendly and professional. I would encourage anyone to stay at this property. The Restaurant and it’s entire staff made dining a pleasure. Easy on/off location to/from the 101
OK. It's not in SF but close to SFO. Very clean. Good food at the restaurant and great bar. Bartenders know how to make a very good Manhattan. Pay for parking but easy in and out as well as very safe parking. Very good room with a good view of the Bay. Will certainly stay there again on my next trip.
Booked this hotel because it was a convenient location for work. I am a Hilton club member, and have stayed at many of their hotels. This stay was surprisingly disappointing. Room was not properly cleaned prior to my stay, and during my 5 night visit, not once was the room serviced despite my multiple requests. This resulted in no clean towels, trash not removed, plus I found drug paraphernalia left in the bathroom (additional evidence that the room was never properly cleaned prior to my stay.) Very few staff members at the front desk, and they seemed too busy to address any guest needs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area - stay somewhere else!
We arrived at SFO near 11:00pm. We called the hotel enquiring about the shuttle. We were told 15 minutes, after 15 minutes we called again; we were told 10 minutes. It never came. We then called Uber. Upon arriving, the receptionist said NOTHING! Not welcome, not hello. NOTHING! Maybe too busy on her cell. We eventually found our room. Nothing special (Club Members). Will never go there again!
Ok if you get a good price, I was fine with the beds. The breakfast if not good, don’t pay the 24 usd for the frozen fruit and bad food. The workers were nice, And friendly . I will stay here again, but I will first get a good price. It is a little bit outdated, but nice.
Had a loooong layover in SF and decided to get a hotel room. Was worth the cost. Shuttle ran every 30 minutes like clockwork and driver was very pleasant. Front desk very helpful also. Very close to airport. Only complaint was breakfast was very expensive, especially for what you got
I stayed here for business and the package that I booked clearly stated this came with a specific Chinese breakfast package and kettle in the room. Arrived and there was no kettle at all. I asked about the breakfast that my room rate included and told that they had it and I could look in the app. There was nothing on there about it. The next morning I went down and asked the restaurant staff about my included specified breakfast and was told that it was not they had no idea and given a Continental breakfast. On top of this the room was dirty. There were hairs stuck on the ceiling of the bathroom and there were hairs on the bathroom floor and counter. The AC unit was old and loud and the bed was sagging and the furnishings very dated. This was highly disappointing to pay $173 with tax for this experience. Save yourself some grief and stay elsewhere as this place is a dump.…
I had a layover of 8 1/2 hrs due to air Canada changing my flight 3 times on my return from hawaii. To cancel and rebook would had cost me double the original booking fee I had paid which I believe the airline did on purpose to screw more money out of me. I decided to go to a hotel instead of serving my time at the airport. Hilton was just the best in accommodating me as they charged me a minimal fee to stay in their hotel. Even though I showed up early they gave me the room and help me catch up on my much needed sleep. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality and making this return trip easier on me.
As a gold member I was supposed to get breakfast credits which was communicated at the time of check in but after checkout when I saw the receipt I found out that they have never credited the amount and charged the breakfast bill completely.
