This hotel is wonderful! It’s SO clean, clean sheets, rooms smell good, friendly staff, and also at the little cafe in the hotel there is super nice lady named Maria, she makes great coffee and is super nice anyone! The coffee and food here is wonderful. I have been here 2 times and I would come here 200 more times.

Hotel Burbank is amazing. The staff is so sweet and professional. I was there at the TMFA conference and the staff was always so helpful. Our hotel room was clean and I loved the view from our room. I will always come back to Hotel Burbank when I visit. Plus the Hotel Cafe was FIRE! I usually don't like hotel cafes. But Hotel Burbank hit the spot each time. The food was fast and very good. Shout out to Matthew at the front desk who was so sweet and helpful when I was leaving for my flight.

I am currently waiting to be checked in. So far that experience has been great. They have sliding automatic doors that don't open automatically. You have to be buzzed in. When another hotel guest walked up they buzzed us in. The guy at the hotel made sure he pointed out that there was a buzzer and that I should have pushed it to be let in . It's the tone he used. Sarcasm doesn't really go with customer service. There's five people at the front desk and only one checking people in. And when I asked if we can go in the pool while we wait for a room to be ready, the receptionist who helped us had to call the manager and ask if that was okay. Looks like it's something that front desk should know. Unless it's based on appearance? Hoping that they changed my mind about them. I'm staying here for two nights. …

WHAT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! VERY NICE HOTEL, VERY CLOSE TO A GREAT VARIETY OF GOOD RESTAURANTS, NICE IN-HOUSE DINING, TOO! OUR SUITE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND VERY QUIET! MELISSA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL, KUDOS TO HER AND THE MANAGEMENT! WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN THE AREA! The staff and I mean everyone (management, front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff) have been literally amazing! No matter what time of day or evening I called on them they provided superior services! The hotel was clean, the food was excellent and the amenities top notch! Whenever I visit Hotel Burbank this will be my hotel of choice. Special thanks to managers Monica, Bobbie, Raheem, and Anthony who made the logistical portion of my stay seamless! What a wonderful experience!

Great hotel that's convenient for a trip to Universal Studios, very comfortable room with amazing views of downtown Burbank, & the in house coffee shop has delicious breakfast options & great coffee. Matthew was extremely helpful & friendly & made the check in process very easy. Will definitely stay here again.

We visited with friends, just for one night as they had previously stayed here when it was a Holiday Inn. The hotel is well situated and the staff were very friendly. However, the rooms are very dated, and the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment.

The Hotel is conveniently located with large comfortable rooms with a great view ( my room had !!) The Hotel staff were extremely helpful friendly and courteous and gave right information which helped us a great deal . Rooms were clean and on call house keeping was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Burbank - I will surely stay here next time I come

Shout out to both Matthew and Kaitlyn for making my stay during the MusExpo music conference an enjoyable and comfortable experience. The van to the Burbank Airport at 5:30am saved an Uber ride expense. I did turn them on to my latest album, Sunflower 69 by Whistlewit and received enthusiastic reviews.
