I had reservation for 4 adults and I got breakfast only for 2 person. On top of that I was offered just 1 item per person for the breakfast. Person at the guest service had the audacity to say all Marriott properties has the same thing which is completely wrong. I had my parents with me who are 60yrs old. Such a inhuman behavior from person at Guest service, my parents had spent whole day without having anything in breakfast. During my checkout I complained about the breakfast to Manager then I was offered what they could to accommodate me. I had to reach Universal Studios and planned whole itinerary. Ordering after checking out would again take 20mins for food to prepare. Nowhere it was mentioned that only 1 item will be provided while making reservation. I would not recommend anyone staying at this property

We understand that you had a reservation for four adults but were only provided breakfast for two people, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. It is unacceptable that you were offered just one item per person for breakfast, which is not in line with our usual standards. We are also concerned about the response you received from our guest service team, and we take your feedback seriously. Our team should have provided you with accurate information. We deeply regret the distress your parents experienced due to this situation. We are committed to making amends for this oversight and improving our service. We appreciate that you brought this matter to the attention of our manager during your checkout, and we hope the accommodations offered were satisfactory. We stayed here as we trust the Marriott brand. The room is probably ready for an update. Tub shower and looks very worn. The bed wasn't that comfortable. On a Saturday morning, we thought we would go to breakfast about 9:30 in the morning. It was a 15-10 minute wait and the restaurant looked half empty. We didn't have time to wait so we walked to the Starbucks in the lobby. It was closed. I may stay again if I didn't have another choice. I was disappointed. I won't give up on Marriott though as we have stayed at some amazing Marriotts.

The rooms and hallways looked run down and need a HUGE renovation. The first room they put us in, the sheer drapes had rips and tears in places. We requested an accessible room and the bathtub was so deep my mom couldn't get in and out of it safely. Tubs should never be in an accessible room. They moved us to another room in the main tower with a walk in shower which was much better. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby, restaurant, and outside bar were lovely as well.

This is a long over due review. I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years on business. My company puts us up at this hotel and I would never pay a dime of my money to stay here. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but consumers deserve to know the truth. This hotel is one of the worst Marriott properties that I’ve ever stayed at, if not the worst. Pros: -walking distance to the airport -public areas appear to be updated Cons: -front desk personnel are not the most courteous nor professional bunch. Let’s just say that I’m a high tier Bonvoy member. -rooms are dated. Think 80s-popcorn ceiling & dirty roach motel bath tub. The bathrooms are especially dated and disgusting. -noisy! A train goes by around 6:30 in the morning. The windows are old and not insulated, which does not help. Wear ear plugs if you want to get any sleep. -again, noisy! Motel-like wall mounted AC units that wake you up every time it turns on. Again, ear plugs. In most rooms, the vent blows right onto the bed causing me to wake up with a head cold. -rooms facing the HVAC units are especially noisy mainly due to leaky-old-uninsulated windows. -TV remote didn’t work on several occasions. The common problem was the power on/off button did not work. -maids are loud and inconsiderate. They do not honor the Do Not Disturb sign. -hotel van is unreliable. They don’t run late in the evening. It was pouring rain one late evening and I called the hotel for a ride. I was told that the van driver had gone home for the evening and that I should just take a cab. I’ve stayed in countless hotels my life, ranging from 3 to 5 star properties. If I were upper management at Marriott, I’d be ashamed of this property. This hotel needs a complete make over and revamp their staff.

We stayed here last week for the Taylor swift concert. Pretty sure every hotel was sold out in the city. Check in was super smooth, we had walked to the hotel from the burbank airport and it was probably an 8-10 min walk following google maps (there’s a path to the left of the oncoming cars that leads you to Hollywood way). Our stay was quiet even though there was a lot of people at the hotel. They have parking available at a fee. There’s a pool as well and some pool floaties available for use complimentary! We got lunch at the outside restaurant called e.d.b. Service was great there, they looked like they were working hard. The drinks were good, I got a couple beers and then a cocktail as well as a chicken sandwich which came with fries which we enjoyed. Room was clean, we had a corner Jr suite and my husband and I enjoyed having separate rooms when he wants to watch tv without keeping me up with all the lights. Bathroom was a good size as well. Mini fridge kept our waters cold and overall we were impressed with our stay here. I think they also have a shuttle but I didn’t feel like waiting but I’ll def do research next time and see how often it comes.

Nice older hotel very convenient to Universal Studios. Upon check in we received an upgrade to a suite for Platinum status with access to the wonderful club lounge. The room was very quiet and clean. Friendly check in staff and the outdoor bar are is very chic.

I don't write reviews that are negative unless it is more than one experience, I call it a roll of film vs a polaroid. On my 3rd now poor experience here I will not be back and can officially call it a roll of film. My reviews will show i am mostly positive so if negative it is legit! Pros: Close to airport Outdoor restaurant and Daily Grill reasonably priced and overall nice ambiance Cons: 2 out of 3 times Bon Voy status nor recognized or even considered 2 out of 3 times didn't get room I booked ie not an upgrade a worse room and not in my preferences by any means 2 out of 3 times not even one full roll of toilet paper and no spares (this time I have 1/4 of a roll) - cost cutting at it's best Rooms dated Service indifferent 3 out of 3 times

I stayed one night while in the area on business. My first room had a very heavy mildew smell. After 30 minutes of trying to stay in the room, the sinus headache that was building gave me no other option but to change rooms. I honestly find it disappointing the hotel continues to stick people in this room. The front desk accommodated the request. The new room had no odor issues; however, only had a few channels that worked on the television. The air conditioner wouldn’t get the room below 71 degrees which is too hot for me to sleep. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel gym was nice, offering both cardio and weights. The restaurant short ribs was also good. But, the air conditioner will keep me from coming back

I would not stay at this property. The service was abysmal. I had stayed there because I was going to a private event so I flew in from out of state to stay at this particular property for which I’ve stayed a few times before, and the service was not always the greatest, but in this case, it hit an all time low, Some of the staff were not professional, plumbing was an issue. I asked for assistance and was told yes, she would be taken care of, and it was not taken care of. All in all, I would not go back to this property ever again, I was promised by , the front desk manager that my refund request for my stay would be taken care of, and up to today’s date not all of my refund has been delivered. I am still waiting for an additional amount for which I have reached out and not heard a response back. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

I taught a course at this hotel. The facility is set up well for hosting events and the event staff were very helpful. The room I had was well appointed and modern. The two restaurant and bar served good food and the wait staff were attentive
