Hotel's Favorite
I am very picky when it comes to hotels and the overall execution was flawless. The free shuttle and pick up from the Burbank airport was great -- we were the only ones arriving after 9 pm so it was like having a private transfer. Saved so much $$$. I also received a courtesy call from the front desk when we landed so they can give us instructions to find the driver. That was greatly appreciated! We used the free shuttle service to and from the airport and also to universal. Driver was always prompt and early. Front desk was always nice. Housekeeping only comes on day 3 of your stay but I wasn't surprised since they mentioned this up front. Overall the stay was comfortable and this is a great central location if you are visiting universal or the Warner Bros studio tour.

Excellent Clean Property. Excellent Staff! One will not be disappointed with this Property for vacation or business. Shuffle to Universal & Warners Brothers every hour. The Property is located very close to Burbank Airport. Dennis in bar will share information if needed. He was very kind and really enjoys his job!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the LA area. This hotel is a quick driving distance to Hollywood, Griffith park, movie studios, theme parks, and other points of interest. Rooms were very big and had a refrigerator. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant was good. Would stay again if ever in the area.

I would think twice before I stayed here again. We stayed a week and it was non-refundable or I would have found another place to stay. The building on the outside is nice, looks very quaint. The entrance and lobby are exceptionally clean. When we walked into our room, I was disappointed. We got a suite. It was a very large room, but smelled very musty...each time we walked in our room, the smell would hit!! The carpet looked like it had been there a while. Basically zero decorations. It was clean, thankfully, just old. Thankfully, there was a walk in shower that looked like it had been added recently. The sink was small with not much counter space. Nice windows to see the street view. We were on second floor, so we could walk out on a patio from hallway and view the area. We could hear every footstep of the people above us as well as when they dropped something. The ceiling creaked when they walked. I think if they updated the room, added some professional decor with comfortable furniture and new carpet, get rid of the stained bathtub and put in a large vanity with double sinks, it would be worth the money we spent. I'm not sure how to handle the sounds from above. No water in room, except for a bottle you would pay 5.00 for. When we left, I thought the man at desk asked if we needed water for our drive, but he was asking if we drank the 5.00 bottle of water, after I said no, he said okay...no offer of water. Also, they don't have anyone to help with luggage etc. Great parking, though! The staff was friendly at the desk. They also have shuttles to area attractions. We didn't use the shuttle, but, the vans looked nice on the outside. My favorite thing about this hotel was the restaurant. I was worried the first time we went, but it was exceptional. Excellent experience at this hotel during our 3 night stay. The room was super clean, very spacious, and the bathroom was very clean and big too. The shuttle service is convenient the only thing is that you have to make a reservation and it was full when we called but got on the waiting list and still worked out for us. The food at the restaurant is pretty delicious. We would totally recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We were originally only supposed to stay 3 nights but this turned into a 8 night stay. My husband and I really enjoyed the cosiness of the hotel and the wonderful staff. We stayed in a room facing Olive Avenue and were not disturbed by vehicle noise unless we had the windows open. Loved the restaurant and managed to find many varied meals to choose from. If we’re ever in LA again, we plan to stay here. Only negative was that the bed was too soft and bouncy but double shower was lovely.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Came here with my son on a quick business trip at Warner Bros. Studios. Front desk staff was pleasant as well as the dining room staff. Dennis, the bartender is next level friendly and funny. He has locals that come in and then he introduces them to guests and soon you feel like you are among friends. Their shuttle drivers are also friendly and fantastic. The only downside to the place is that you have to cross the street to use the outdoor pool and fitness center. I would recommend this hotel to others staying in the area.

Beware! The staff is very unhelpful. They claim they offer a complementary shuttle to the parks but when you go to try to book the shuttle it has limited capacity (10 ppl) and only runs 1 time an hour. Though they are only 2 miles from the park even if they have more demand than seats available they will not accommodate additional shuttle times.

Hello Sir, we're sorry to learn that you have misunderstood our "complimentary" shuttle times. Our shuttle also goes around burbank, not only to and from Universal Studios. It was stated in our website "our Shuttle Service Request is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from one of our Front Desk Agents. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly with any questions". We advised/require to schedule in advance because we get easily book.

It was expensive, and noisy. Seemed like they gouged me because it was a last minute res. While on a road trip my wife got sick. Had to stop for the night. The res. person was fine, but I was in no mood for the can I get your email dialog. We arrived checked in no problem. The room was facing a busy street, Olive. There was vehicle noise from that busy street. We heard every car, bus, or siren that went by all night long. Additionally, the in hotel bar could be heard from inside the hotel room. Heard noisy patrons well after midnight. Because of the design, triangular center lobby with bar, I can only imagine every room got to hear the merriment. I travel a lot, and know a deal when I see one. This is not one. I will try any other hotel before staying here again. The good news is that my wife was feeling well enough the next day that we could continue our trip, and didn't have to stay another day.…
