The worse place I have ever stayed. Very noisy at 7am in the hallway with housekeeping talking in Spanish by our door. Room was never serviced with clean linens, they decided to clean carpets so came back to drenched carpeting after a day at theme park with young children. So disappointed with this place would never recommend. I had to go to the front desk to request toilet paper and towels daily. Also had to get clean bed linens and also had to change them ourselves. Lazy housekeeping. They took out the trash (hope that wasn't too much for them. I also had to prepay full amount for the stay in advance not just a deposit with CC. When it was time to check out had to justify use of a cart from the front desk (like really). Older man with broken English. 1 star is more than this place deserves. The room was also dirty that would explain the reviews about the bed bugs there. Housekeeping dept needs a revamp. Never again. You have one great worker though his name was Charlie evening shift he was the only person there that was nice there was another worker on duty she was female and was just plain nasty. …

Great experience enjoy my stay room is clean excellent job housekeeping staff. Likewise staff on the reception especially to Charlie very helpful to assist me. And also some of the staff if you need some thing they are always there to help you.

Bed was big and good atmosphere. Lost my wallet 2 days ago in the parking lot but manager K.P gave it to me without any loss. The location is actually very nice for korean travelers since it’s located 3 minutes far from source mall , you can go any famous korean restaurant basically within 10 mins

I wanted to stay a second night and also to have the cleaning crew service the room and turn down the bed at a certain time, trade in towels and a few other requests that were a bit time consuming. Imran made everything happen, on time and exactly how I wanted it, all with a smile on his face and a friendly, professional demeanor. I have never had this level of customer service and attentiveness before. He really is THE MAN!!! Thank you Imran, and thank you Good Night Inn. I will definitely be coming here for all my lodging needs.

I stayed here with my family staff are so nice and my housekeeper really clean my room everyday, fresh towels and fix my bed. Good location for everything. Clean facilities. They really took care of us for 4days i'de stayed there. Good job Good nite inn staff you make me proud of what you do. Thank you so much will see you again next time.

The Good Nite inn staff is very friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are rock hard and like sleeping on a concrete pad. Messed up my neck and back. Messed up my husband's hips. We were on the 3rd floor, and the only actress was through a very sketchy elevator. We tried the stairs, but there is no access to the 3rd floor using the stairs. This is a very good location. We wish they had softer beds.

We absolutely love this place! It has always been a comfortable, quiet, and safe place to stay. The staff are always so friendly, polite, and accommodating. Rooms are clean, spacious, and nice! It's affordable and priced appropriately, and seriously is the best place to stay in the area. It's centrally located between Knott's and Disneyland (Driving distance), and close to everything you would want and need! My family and I have stayed here multiple times over the years, but it had been while since our last stay, and improvements to this location did not go unnoticed. When your on a budget, quality and comfort can take a hit, but not here. It's always dependable and I can't say enough good about this place. Located very near to Disneyland, next to the freeway, but quiet enougj. Has several different options for food very nearby. Clean room. Comfortable and good space when I needed extra blankets front desk was helpfull

Great location, quite area, good price stayed twice on different occasions for vacation with my family. The rooms are spacious affordable great customer friendly service. I will definitely stay here again if necessary when visiting the area.
