Stayed here for 16 nights, 2 rooms booked October 2015 for June 2016. Requested 2 ground floor adjoining rooms (not interconnecting) as we travelled with an autistic child and I had just had a second knee replacement 6 weeks prior to travel. We got neither, 3rd floor, rooms 301 and 308! Price was reasonable $2,200 approx, for both rooms, which...

We discovered bed bugs on the third night. We were so grossed out. They moved us to another room in the middle of the night. Maids don't do a very good job cleaning or changing linens. Never enough towels. The manager told me the owner would call me right away to comp our stay. That was over two weeks ago....

Save the money. The rooms are really run-down, needing paint and upgrades. It was clean enough, but the sheets were very scratchy and super loud! Also, whatever they clean with gave my daughter a massive attack of hives all over her body! Every move kept us all awake! Not to mention the 24 hour pool that the people running past...

Sorry guys this hotel is definitely not for a family. It was filled with tweakers and the rooms were not very clean. My room smelled of mildew or some sort of mold. breakfast was bad they served glazed honey buns, watered down coffee, and not enough sugar or creamer out for guest. The online pictures are so deceiving. Dont stay...

if you like being woke up at 3:45am with obscene and belligerent shouts of what the world can do with itself this is the place for you. Paper thin walls gave me an intimate insight to what the fighting was all about. I continued to hear doors being slammed throughout the night, not from one room but from just about...

Unsanitary and deceitful website pictures (that were photoshopped). Husband paid for room online 3 weeks ago without checking TripAdvisor [went to Knotts Berry Farm all Day/Night]. It was after 11pm when we checked in and that was the only reason we did not leave (3yr old was crying because so tired). CONS: - carpet was so filthy; looked like ejaculation...

This is not a "HOTEL" its more of a "Motel". Room was dingy and carpet was filthy. Was charged an extra 2.95 for some weird service fee I have never heard of. I book through Hotels.com and I can usually get a good rate for a good hotel but this was not one of those times. Sheets were itchy and...
