All I can say is this is one of the best hotels, I've ever been to considering Ritz Carltons and Four Seasons. The service here is exceptional and never fails to succeed. The rooms are extremely cleanly and are gorgeous, we stayed in a 1 bedroom + study and had so much space

This relatively new hotel is the only one on Long Bay as all the others are on Grace Bay. With only about 100 rooms, it never felt crowded. Adult only pool was in separate area from the heated family pool and both were beautiful salt water pools (no or little chlorine). Beach is

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. It was my first trip to TCI. My husband and I went for an 8-day vacation in mid April. The weather was perfect, sunny, mid 70’s to low 80’s with a constant, cool breeze. The beach is a popular area for kite surfers because

We were delighted to read that you were overall impressed by the facilities of our resort and the quality of food and spa services provided during your stay. We do apologize that some room amenities were missing – we will share your comments with housekeeping immediately. We did want to let you know that there is no charge to use the pool cabanas and we are sorry if this was not communicated to you properly. We look forward to the next opportunity to welcome you back to The Shore Club.

The Shore club is second to none. Had such an amazing time, the staff is wonderful, helpful and very hospitable! Jermaine, the bartender by the pool is very warm and welcoming, cool dude, cool shades :), best bartender on the Island. The rooms at The Shore are well kept, beds

Was not impressed. I’m sorry but food took forever and was not that great. Beach is not clean due to winds driving in seaweed. For the price I would expect a great deal more. The pool area is very nice and when you can find staff they are very willing to help. It’s a shame as

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent holiday at The Shore Club and for your kind words about your accommodations and our staff. You are correct that this year has seen more seaweed than is normal. We do rake the beach each and every morning, but we know by the end of the day it can accumulate again. We are very sorry to hear that this had a negative impact on your stay with us. We have made note of your restaurant service issues and will share that with the team. Again, thank you for your review and we hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back to The Shore Club.

Really only 1 restaurant at night but it’s really nice. Yes they have a Lap pool next to the gym which is also great. And I would not advice running on the beach due to the thousands of broken conch shells which will trip you up when walking let alone running and could cause a serious injury. But the hotel is far more beautiful than any others on the island and would recommend going. Also they will shuttle you to the other hotels for restaurants.

Is on-site parking free/complimentary?
Not sure as we used taxis to get off site. Email the concierge; they’re quite fast to respond.

We always rent a car when on Provo. Renting the car for the full week is cheaper than going the taxi route. The concierge at TSC will be happy to make arrangements for diving. Highly recommend Turks and Caicos Reservations. Val and Susan live on Provo and know all of the resorts. They are great at taking your wish list and budget, and finding you the perfect vacation spot. We stayed at The Shore Club in May 2017 and LOVED the suite. Friendly staff. Long Bay Beach is not as nice as Grace Bay though.

Hi Steve! The reason we didn't mention our kids who are by the way, 31, 29 and 25), is Provo is the only place we don't take them! Mom and Dad only special place. When we were there May 2017, the resort had just opened (Dec 2016), and did not have a lot of guests. Honestly we MIGHT have seen 4 children the entire week we were there. Your wife will LOVE the property. Its gorgeous!!! Honestly, if you've got grandparents of family to leave the kids with, leave the kids. Several resorts on Grace Bay (the #1 beach in the world and on the other side of Provo) has kids clubs. They are The Palms, Somerset, Seven Stars and Grace Bay Resort. The Palms is the sister resort of The Shore Club and has a shuttle that runs between the 2 properties so you can use the amenities at both properties. Its based on occupancy levels at both properties. FYI, The Palms is where we normally stay (8th trip to The Palms this October since 2010). Let me know if you have any other questions. Bob
