This was my third time in the Turks and by far the best trip. The management at The Shore Club made sure that our anniversary trip was unforgettable and they did not disappoint! The resort is gorgeous and Long Bay is absolutely my favorite new setting in Providenciales! The service was unbelievable and the warmth that we received from the staff was so amazing. We had a beautiful ocean front suite! Did not want to come home!! One day after reef fishing, we brought home our catch and the chef worked with us on the menu for the evening- and had our dinner delivered!! Sad to come home but cannot wait to return next year!!

Everything about the property is BEAUTIFUL (looks just like the pictures!). When you first walk in the lobby area is open and airy and tastefully designed, the room was decorated very similar. The pool area was probably the most aesthetically pleasing part of the hotel I really enjoyed just spending time there in the cabana's. However, once you get past the initial awe of the beauty there is quite a few areas in need of improvement, especially for the price and comparable hotels on the island. 1. Smell - there is an odd mildew smell in the room, it's not overpowering but definitely present. It seems to come from the shower/tub/toilet. 2. Service - Everyone on the resort is friendly and will help get you what you need. However, the timeliness of the service (particularly the food outside of the Japanese restaurant) was terribly slow. We waited over an hour for food at the pool side cabana and for room service. For the price you pay to stay and to eat there, I was let down at the service speed. Additionally, I think at check in we weren't given all items or the same tour the other guests received as we socialized with them we noted we didn't get a room service menu or learn about some of the features of the resort that were provided. 3. Beach - The property can't help nature or geography but just for those travelers debating Long Bay Beach versus Grace Bay (we stayed at both) the beaches differ GREATLY. We preferred the bigger beach and location of Grace Bay but can also see the appeal of the seclusion Long Bay Beach brings PROS: I just want to give a huge shout out to Junior who works at the Japanese restaurant he was our server our first night and really set a good tone for the resort. We felt like he really wanted us to enjoy our food and experience and we appreciated his energy and willingness to connect with the customers. He was by far the best part of our stay. Also the bartenders at both the rope bar and the bar next to the Japanese restaurants were great! The rope bar bartender had great energy and made our mid day lunch break an unexpectedly good time (we just went to grab a quick bite) we stayed there for a good amount of time just enjoying the drinks and vibes. The bartender next to the Japanese restaurant really helped me out in getting me some food and refreshments to heal my hangover haha! Great COVID-19 procedures, the temperature checks, consistent masks of the staff, and hand sanitizer/food coverings were great in going the extra mile to feel safe during these times. Overall it was a comfortable stay but we would not stay again as we enjoyed the location, service, and establishments on Grace Bay for around the same price that we spent here. If the hotel really sits down and re-evaluates just simply the service aspect it would go up LEVELS as far as satisfaction.

I stayed with a few friends for a week at Shore Club. It was amazing. The place is gorgeous!! The rooms were impeccable. I would go each morning for the delicious breakfast and was greeted with smiles and and friendly people. I have to say my two favorite severs were Ronel and Lyndon. They were so nice, very friendly and made me laugh. ❤️❤️ Some times we would order in for dinner. PG was our butler and was amazing. She was spot on with everything and anything. She took very good care of us. Loved her! When we would go to the restaurant for dinner I got to meet Alcy and Rachel. They make you feel very welcome and cater to your every need. They always had a smile and we had quite a few laughs!! Also, Vincent was our pool/maintenance guy. We had lengthy conversations and he told me lots of stories about the Islands as I believe he was from Grand Turk. I enjoyed my conversations with him each morning while I was having my coffee. I enjoyed every minute at Shore Club. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the gentlemen doing the landscaping was always warm and friendly. Thank you Shore Club employees for a wonder week in Paradise.

The beauty of the view and beach at this resort is second to none, but the property itself is incomparable in it's own right, with gorgeous landscaping, incredible pools, and fantastic food. Located on the "back" side of the island and away from other resorts on Turks, the Shore Club feels like a private luxury retreat and you are treated with that level of exclusivity at every turn upon your stay, from the gracious and helpful staff to the extensive amenities provided. This is beachside luxury at its finest.

This was our second time staying with The Shore Club. The first time we visited when the hotel just opened three years ago and the experience was amazing, so we've decided to come back for the second part of our minimoon (the first part we spent at COMO Parrot Cay T&C. We spent more time managing staff then enjoying our vacation. The experience we had this time was very disappointing & frustrating: - Room wasn't ready for hours. We let the hotel know the arrival time & even then we had to wait for over 2h for the room. - No one even offered us water on arrival (not to mention a welcome drink on our honeymoon). - The hotel manager tried to fix all the issues during our stay, delayed transfer, inconsistent information provided by the staff, delayed check-in, etc but the staff needs too much training. - Breakfast was terrible, very limited options, tastes like airline food, poor service. - The beach looks great in photos but is often covered in seaweed (Grace Bay is immaculate) - For all the $$ spent do not expect them to include your airport transfer in the rate. Normally you would expect some extra level of service, but please don't. Something good: - Spa appointment was very good and I don't understand why this is the one time you cannot leave a tip. - You should come for dinner, the food was really good and this was the only good experience at the hotel. I wish we stayed at COMO for the whole time and didn't waste our money & nerves on our minimoon.
