We were very satisfied here. There was 5 of us and we fit perfectly in our 2 bdrm sweet rm.4. We had a fire in the fireplace every night. The rooms are very clean. The continental breakfast- great, the managers are so friendly. The lodge was recently remodeld so it was all clean and cozy. The location is super, only...

You really can't beat the location here especially if you stay over the weekend or, god forbid, a holiday weekend like we did! The traffic is so bad on Big Bear Blvd on these weekends that you really can't get anywhere without sitting in traffic for over an hour and then parking. It took us a long time sitting in...

We came up here on a very busy, 3-day January weekend. We checked out several places beforehand and noted the price hikes for holiday weekends. I guess I can't blame Big Bear businesses. They depend on tourism dollars for survival. Think "Jaws"..."Are you going to close the beaches?" Anyhoo, Fireside Lodge is a pleasant exception. Our rate was very reasonable...

We booked this place last minute over new year and couldn't have been happier with it! We had one of the rooms with a jacuzzi outside, and loved! This is what snow resorts are all about!! The place was clean and the staff friendly, a particular mention must be made to Christopher who went above and beyond, he is an...

We stayed here a couple of nights last week and we were impressed! The location was perfect. Very near the lake with a nice view of it. We got a spa suite and had a large spa with a fireplace in the living room. It had a nice kitchen with a stove and mini refrigerator. All the suites and chalet's...

The hotel is in close proximity to big bear village..you can easily walk. The price of the room was much cheaper than any other hotel in the area. The room was small, but well decorated and clean. Even though our room didn't, I think some have a view of the lake. There is breakfast available in the morning and a...

A small room with 2 comfortable beds and full bathroom at a very reasonable price. The hotel is very well located on the town with everything at less than 10 min drive. The only observation is that the room would benefit a lot with additional shelves here and there for accomodating luggage and other items that otherwise end up being...

Wi-Fi didn't work. There were 4 listed routers when we searched, yet only one results in gaining a signal so week, it was basically worthless. They should invest the 200$ necessary to replace them and join the rest of us in 2014. Heated Pool was empty. If your website and sign say you offer something, you should offer it. Most...
